11月26日,從中冶華天工程技術有限公司獲悉,一項針對制漿造紙污水脫色處理而開發的新工藝工業性試驗在中冶美利紙業集團獲得成功,標志著中冶華天在制漿造紙污水脫色研發上取得了重大突破。
制漿造紙行業的環境污染治理,尤其是污水處理已成為制約行業發展的瓶頸。目前,國內制漿造紙企業的污水處理站,一般采用傳統的厭氧+好氧處理工藝,其二沉池尾水出水濃度一般COD值為400左右。隨著國家污水排放新標準的出臺,原有的造紙企業污水處理設施都必須進行提標改造。盡管近年來,工業污水回用及零排放方面已有不少成果問世。但是,對于制漿造紙行業,由于技術難度和經濟實用性的原因,相關污水回用的技術研究進展較為緩慢,得到推廣應用的技術極少,國內實現規模化應用、具有推廣價值的實用性技術到目前為止仍是空白。
2007年(nian)(nian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)集團在(zai)“第三次制(zhi)漿造紙專家委員會(hui)(hui)”會(hui)(hui)議(yi)上將其確立為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)集團紙業板塊發展(zhan)的(de)(de)兩(liang)大重點攻(gong)關課題之一(yi),由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)華天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術有限公(gong)司(si)承擔(dan)該(gai)課題的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究,課題組(zu)經過1年(nian)(nian)多的(de)(de)科研(yan)(yan)攻(gong)關,開發出具有自主知識產權的(de)(de)制(zhi)漿造紙污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)脫色新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)。為(wei)驗證工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程可(ke)(ke)行性,于2008年(nian)(nian)7月,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)華天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術有限公(gong)司(si)與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冶(ye)美(mei)(mei)利紙業有限公(gong)司(si)就“制(zhi)漿造紙污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)脫色工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業性試(shi)驗”達成協議(yi),以(yi)(yi)美(mei)(mei)利紙業的(de)(de)現(xian)有的(de)(de)二沉池草(cao)漿污(wu)水(shui)開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業性驗證試(shi)驗,2008年(nian)(nian)10月全(quan)(quan)流程連通。試(shi)驗證明,在(zai)進(jin)水(shui)CODcr為(wei)600mg/L以(yi)(yi)下時,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)將污(wu)水(shui)的(de)(de)CODcr穩(wen)定處(chu)理(li)(li)到80-100mg/L,色度(du)為(wei)16-32倍(bei),經消毒處(chu)理(li)(li)后CODcr值(zhi)穩(wen)定在(zai)60-80mg/L,完全(quan)(quan)滿足國(guo)家新(xin)頒標準要(yao)求。據介紹,該(gai)技(ji)術可(ke)(ke)適(shi)用于各種制(zhi)漿造紙污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)組(zu)合可(ke)(ke)靈活控制(zhi),能實現(xian)制(zhi)漿造紙污(wu)水(shui)的(de)(de)深(shen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)達標排放(fang)或回用。與傳統工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)比(bi)較,此(ci)項新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)大大降低污(wu)水(shui)深(shen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)運行成本,具有無可(ke)(ke)比(bi)擬的(de)(de)經濟和技(ji)術優勢。
