11月28日,中(zhong)國石油管(guan)(guan)道公司研究(jiu)中(zhong)心自(zi)動化所的(de)科(ke)研人(ren)員正在對新型復(fu)合管(guan)(guan)道安全(quan)(quan)預警(jing)設備進行(xing)最終調試。該項技術(shu)由振(zhen)動及(ji)光纖技術(shu)復(fu)合而成,是管(guan)(guan)道第五代管(guan)(guan)道安全(quan)(quan)預警(jing)技術(shu),已在大港—濟南(nan)—棗莊管(guan)(guan)道成功進行(xing)工業試用。
管(guan)道(dao)公司研(yan)究中(zhong)心經(jing)過多年(nian)自主攻關,成(cheng)功研(yan)發出基(ji)于聲波(bo)、負壓波(bo)、分布式光纖(xian)、光纖(xian)光柵、地震波(bo)及(ji)紅外監控技(ji)術的多種安(an)全(quan)(quan)預(yu)警(jing)技(ji)術,形成(cheng)了(le)系列管(guan)道(dao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)預(yu)警(jing)成(cheng)果及(ji)解決方(fang)案(an),并(bing)在(zai)中(zhong)國石油蘭成(cheng)渝、秦京線、鐵大線、澀寧蘭、港濟棗等多條油氣長(chang)輸管(guan)道(dao)成(cheng)功應(ying)用。
在多年實踐中,管道(dao)公司(si)發現僅(jin)靠單一技(ji)(ji)術很(hen)難實現對(dui)管道(dao)系(xi)統甚至復(fu)雜管網進行有效防(fang)護,而(er)集成多種監測、采集、識別、分析技(ji)(ji)術的復(fu)合(he)安全預警系(xi)統恰恰能夠解決這些問題,為(wei)管道(dao)安全防(fang)護提供全方位、立體(ti)化解決方案(an)。
該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)研究中(zhong)心在港濟棗管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)成功研發應用(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)聲波預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和分布式光纖(xian)(xian)預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)基礎上,最新開發的(de)第五代管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)安全預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),集聲波預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)靈敏(min)度高、報警(jing)(jing)準確和光纖(xian)(xian)預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)信號(hao)傳輸優勢于(yu)一體,有效(xiao)解決了(le)光纖(xian)(xian)干涉預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)技術本身對(dui)威脅信號(hao)采集和識別靈敏(min)度低、預(yu)(yu)警(jing)(jing)提前時(shi)間難以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)等(deng)缺陷。現(xian)場(chang)人(ren)員介紹,整個系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)監控距離(li)長(chang),定(ding)位精度高,現(xian)場(chang)工(gong)業(ye)試用(yong)效(xiao)果良好。對(dui)人(ren)工(gong)挖掘(jue)接近(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)0.5米時(shi),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)即可報警(jing)(jing),定(ding)位精度小于(yu)500米;對(dui)于(yu)機械(xie)施工(gong),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)可對(dui)距光纜50米內機械(xie)挖掘(jue)進(jin)行實時(shi)報警(jing)(jing),定(ding)位精度小于(yu)400米,具有良好的(de)工(gong)業(ye)適用(yong)性和推廣應用(yong)前景。
