12月17日,中國長江航運集團東風船舶工業公司與美國船東一次性簽訂了4艘368箱集裝箱船的建造合同,這也是該公司擴能技改后第一筆新船建造大單。
中國長航東風船舶工業公司這次簽訂的美國368TEU集裝箱船舶總長106.68米,型寬20.6米,型深5.8米,設計吃水4.215米,核載箱數368TEU,入法國船級社(BV),屬大額訂單,該船將嚴格按照《船舶專用海水壓載艙和散貨船雙舷側處所保護涂層性能標準》PSPC國際新標準建造。
近段時間以(yi)來,隨著國(guo)際金融危機的加劇,船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)出口(kou)受到嚴(yan)重沖擊,全球船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)成交量(liang)極度低迷。這次簽訂造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)訂單(dan),對于(yu)振奮船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的信心,提高(gao)重慶市和中國(guo)長(chang)航(hang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)出口(kou)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)具有積極的意義。特別(bie)是中國(guo)長(chang)航(hang)東(dong)風船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)公(gong)司(si)在今年11月(yue)擴(kuo)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)改工(gong)(gong)程竣工(gong)(gong)后,造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)技(ji)術設備達到了國(guo)際先進(jin)水平。而此次美國(guo)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)將嚴(yan)格(ge)按照《船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)專用海水壓載艙和散貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)雙舷側處(chu)所保(bao)護(hu)涂層性(xing)能(neng)(neng)標(biao)準(zhun)》(PSPC)新(xin)要(yao)求進(jin)行建(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),這種國(guo)際新(xin)要(yao)求建(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan),目前也只有少數(shu)幾個國(guo)家才能(neng)(neng)進(jin)行建(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),標(biao)志著中國(guo)長(chang)航(hang)“東(dong)風造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)”在國(guo)際新(xin)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)頒布(bu)后正式進(jin)入國(guo)際集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)領域。
