為配合海南省政府做好擴內需、保增長的政策措施,海南電網公司制訂了增供擴銷八項措施,力爭2009年售電量增長5.82%,為海南GDP增長9%作貢獻。
海南(nan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司采取的(de)(de)措施(shi):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加快電(dian)(dian)(dian)網改(gai)造(zao),消除供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶頸,提(ti)高供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)能(neng)(neng)力(li)。科學安(an)排電(dian)(dian)(dian)網規劃和建設項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)重點項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)建設和按期投產。優(you)先安(an)排解決(jue)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)“卡(ka)脖子(zi)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,提(ti)高供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)能(neng)(neng)力(li)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,減(jian)少(shao)停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間和停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)次數。加強(qiang)對線路(lu)、設備的(de)(de)巡查維護,嚴格控制(zhi)(zhi)計劃停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和臨(lin)時(shi)停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。提(ti)供(gong)(gong)24小時(shi)報修服(fu)務(wu)(wu),特別(bie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)海南(nan)省政(zheng)府確(que)定的(de)(de)50家重點客(ke)戶用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加強(qiang)客(ke)戶停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,減(jian)少(shao)停(ting)(ting)(ting)(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,保(bao)(bao)(bao)證(zheng)連續(xu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)高服(fu)務(wu)(wu)水平,實現快報快裝。全力(li)配合(he)政(zheng)府做好(hao)擴(kuo)大(da)內(nei)需(xu)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)深化節能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)耗(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。六是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建立(li)密切的(de)(de)廠網聯(lian)動關(guan)系,保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)穩定的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)供(gong)(gong)應。七是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)積(ji)極配合(he)政(zheng)府研(yan)究建立(li)消納富余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)(de)購售(shou)聯(lian)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)機制(zhi)(zhi),充分運用(yong)價(jia)格杠桿(gan),拉動用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)需(xu)求(qiu)。八是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)積(ji)極開展(zhan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)市場,挖(wa)掘(jue)增供(gong)(gong)擴(kuo)銷潛力(li)。努力(li)開拓工(gong)(gong)(gong)業市場,主(zhu)動跟(gen)蹤(zong)做好(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業園區、經濟開發區、“家電(dian)(dian)(dian)下鄉(xiang)”活動的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
