近日,國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司(si)科技項目“接入(ru)城市供電(dian)(dian)網(wang)百千瓦級屋頂(ding)太陽能(neng)光伏并(bing)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)站試(shi)驗(yan)平臺研究與實施”通過驗(yan)收,標(biao)志著國內首次在既有框架結構(gou)高層建(jian)筑上建(jian)設大(da)型光伏系統工(gong)程取得成功,為推動(dong)太陽能(neng)大(da)規模(mo)開發利用(yong)以及光伏發電(dian)(dian)項目并(bing)網(wang)運行提供了(le)重要(yao)技術(shu)支(zhi)持。
為有效促進節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)排(pai)(pai),國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)公司積極開展太陽能(neng)(neng)等(deng)新能(neng)(neng)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目建(jian)設及并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)研(yan)究。國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)在(zai)對分布式電(dian)(dian)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)和并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)等(deng)一系列理論研(yan)究的(de)基礎上,于(yu)去年底在(zai)所(suo)屬浙(zhe)江省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力公司生產調(diao)度大樓屋頂(ding)分別建(jian)設了一座(zuo)單相5千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)光伏(fu)220伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、一座(zuo)250千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)光伏(fu)10千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)高壓并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)示范電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和一座(zuo)60千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)光伏(fu)三相400伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),并(bing)(bing)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)研(yan)制了多功能(neng)(neng)光伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)系統(tong)試(shi)驗平臺(tai),對光伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)安(an)(an)全性能(neng)(neng)、運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)效率等(deng)進行(xing)(xing)全面細(xi)致的(de)試(shi)驗研(yan)究,針對太陽能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)特(te)點(dian),制定了確保(bao)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)安(an)(an)全穩定運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)光伏(fu)系統(tong)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)技術(shu)規(gui)范。三座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)于(yu)今年1月2日(ri)(ri)正式并(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)投入(ru)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),截至4月28日(ri)(ri),已累計發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)807小時(shi),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)5.52萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),減(jian)少二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳排(pai)(pai)放3.1噸(dun),運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)態(tai)良好,系統(tong)穩定。與(yu)采用(yong)(yong)玻(bo)璃幕墻的(de)一體化(hua)(hua)光電(dian)(dian)建(jian)筑不同(tong),該(gai)大型光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)系統(tong)與(yu)建(jian)筑物本身(shen)物理分離,市(shi)場推廣應用(yong)(yong)范圍十(shi)分廣闊(kuo)。據測算,該(gai)系統(tong)年發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)力預計約為30萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),每年可減(jian)排(pai)(pai)二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳約17萬噸(dun),減(jian)排(pai)(pai)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)氮約22萬噸(dun),產生電(dian)(dian)費(fei)收入(ru)近120萬元(yuan)。
