截至目(mu)(mu)前,中(zhong)國鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程總(zong)公(gong)司中(zhong)鐵(tie)四局承(cheng)擔鋪(pu)架(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的宜(yi)萬鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)鋪(pu)軌架(jia)梁(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作已完(wan)成鋪(pu)軌149公(gong)里,架(jia)橋(qiao)(qiao)803孔(kong),未(wei)發(fa)生任何因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷亡(wang)事故和行(xing)車重大、大事故。宜(yi)萬鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)屬于山(shan)區(qu)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu),沿線(xian)山(shan)高(gao)壁陡、河谷深切,隧(sui)道(dao)、橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程多,以(yi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大、安全(quan)風險(xian)高(gao)。鋪(pu)架(jia)管段內隧(sui)道(dao)多達(da)(da)130個,累計長(chang)(chang)度(du)達(da)(da)230公(gong)里,橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)195座,累計長(chang)(chang)度(du)達(da)(da)58公(gong)里,橋(qiao)(qiao)隧(sui)占線(xian)路(lu)(lu)總(zong)長(chang)(chang)的74%,位于15‰大坡道(dao)地(di)段的橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)達(da)(da)1200孔(kong)。面對(dui)安全(quan)壓力,中(zhong)鐵(tie)四局一是構建(jian)起黨政工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)團(tuan)齊抓(zhua)共(gong)管、目(mu)(mu)標同(tong)一、同(tong)頻共(gong)振以(yi)及縱向(xiang)到底、橫向(xiang)到邊的安全(quan)管理網絡。二是實(shi)行(xing)領導干部現場值(zhi)班制(zhi)和輪(lun)乘制(zhi)。三是強化(hua)(hua)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)教育,通過發(fa)放安全(quan)檢查提(ti)示卡、危險(xian)源點警示卡、有毒有害(hai)化(hua)(hua)學物質信息卡等方式,強化(hua)(hua)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)意(yi)識。四是對(dui)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行(xing)安全(quan)培訓,從每道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序開始到結束(shu),進行(xing)全(quan)員、全(quan)方位培訓,考試成績合格者(zhe)方準許上崗。
