7月13日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵六局承建的深圳地鐵5號線5303A標興東站主體結構比預計施工計劃提前3天順利封頂。
興東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)5303A標段“四站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)”中的(de)第(di)一(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),位于(yu)深圳(zhen)市特(te)區與非特(te)區的(de)交通咽(yan)喉地帶—同樂關,車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)長度為265.1米(mi),車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)寬度為19.3米(mi),深度為18米(mi),為地下(xia)(xia)二(er)層(ceng)雙(shuang)跨單(dan)柱明挖車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)周邊建筑物林立,基(ji)坑邊與居民樓(lou)距離不足10米(mi),地下(xia)(xia)的(de)管(guan)(guan)線管(guan)(guan)道(dao)密集,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度極(ji)大。自2008年(nian)10月(yue)主體(ti)結構(gou)開始施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)以來,中鐵六(liu)局積極(ji)采(cai)取(qu)各(ge)種應對(dui)(dui)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),精心組織(zhi),科學(xue)(xue)安排,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)嚴(yan)抓安全生(sheng)產與環境保(bao)(bao)護。針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)深基(ji)坑與居民樓(lou)相距不到(dao)10米(mi)的(de)實(shi)際,項目部把確保(bao)(bao)安全與噪音控制(zhi)當成興東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)頭等大事,有針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性地制(zhi)定了(le)(le)(le)各(ge)類安全生(sheng)產管(guan)(guan)理制(zhi)度10余(yu)項,并對(dui)(dui)進場施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)各(ge)類人員進行了(le)(le)(le)安全培(pei)訓(xun)教(jiao)育,對(dui)(dui)特(te)殊工(gong)(gong)種全部做(zuo)到(dao)持證上崗。二(er)是(shi)(shi)加強方案的(de)落實(shi),確保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)程質量。積極(ji)破解(jie)的(de)技術難題,制(zhi)定科學(xue)(xue)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)方案,確保(bao)(bao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量。三(san)是(shi)(shi)穩中求快,保(bao)(bao)證施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度。在確保(bao)(bao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全質量的(de)前提下(xia)(xia),科學(xue)(xue)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)計劃與節點工(gong)(gong)期并嚴(yan)格獎(jiang)罰措施(shi)(shi)(shi),充分調動了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員的(de)積極(ji)性,受到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)業主的(de)嘉(jia)獎(jiang)。
