7月13日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵六局承建的深圳地鐵5號線5303A標興東站主體結構比預計施工計劃提前3天順利封頂。
興(xing)東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是5303A標段“四站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)”中的(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),位(wei)于深(shen)圳市特區與(yu)非特區的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)咽喉地(di)帶—同樂關,車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)長度(du)為(wei)265.1米,車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)寬度(du)為(wei)19.3米,深(shen)度(du)為(wei)18米,為(wei)地(di)下(xia)二(er)層雙跨單柱明挖車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)周邊建筑物林立,基(ji)(ji)坑邊與(yu)居民樓距離不足10米,地(di)下(xia)的(de)(de)管線管道(dao)密集,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)(nan)度(du)極(ji)大。自2008年10月(yue)主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)結構(gou)開始施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)以來,中鐵六局(ju)積極(ji)采取各(ge)種應對措施(shi)(shi),精(jing)心組織(zhi),科學安排(pai),一(yi)是嚴抓(zhua)安全(quan)生產與(yu)環(huan)境保(bao)(bao)護。針對車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)深(shen)基(ji)(ji)坑與(yu)居民樓相距不到10米的(de)(de)實際,項目(mu)部把確保(bao)(bao)安全(quan)與(yu)噪音控制當(dang)成興(xing)東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)頭等大事,有(you)針對性地(di)制定了各(ge)類安全(quan)生產管理制度(du)10余項,并對進場施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)各(ge)類人員進行了安全(quan)培(pei)訓教育,對特殊工(gong)(gong)種全(quan)部做到持證上崗(gang)。二(er)是加強方(fang)案的(de)(de)落(luo)實,確保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang)。積極(ji)破解的(de)(de)技術難(nan)(nan)題(ti),制定科學的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)方(fang)案,確保(bao)(bao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)。三是穩中求快,保(bao)(bao)證施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度(du)。在確保(bao)(bao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)前提下(xia),科學實施(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)計劃與(yu)節(jie)點工(gong)(gong)期并嚴格獎罰措施(shi)(shi),充分調(diao)動(dong)了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員的(de)(de)積極(ji)性,受到了業主(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)嘉獎。
