近日,由華(hua)中科技大學聯合國內優(you)勢單(dan)位,歷(li)時10年,成功研(yan)制的國內首套移動組件式直(zhi)接冷卻(que)高溫超導磁儲能系統(tong)在湖(hu)北秭歸縣老(lao)虎口水電站順利完成全部現(xian)場試驗(yan),各項試驗(yan)結果均達(da)到預期目標。
此次(ci)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)是華中科(ke)技(ji)大(da)學和(he)國家(jia)電網湖北公(gong)司聯合承擔的(de)國家(jia)863計劃項目的(de)重要(yao)研究內容之一(yi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)歷時12天。移動組件(jian)式直(zhi)接(jie)冷卻高溫超導磁儲(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)部件(jian)都安放(fang)在一(yi)個(ge)特制的(de)集裝(zhuang)箱中,集裝(zhuang)箱可用卡車運(yun)輸,可以根據需要(yao)運(yun)送安放(fang)到合適的(de)位置,接(jie)入電網進行功率調(diao)控。該移動組件(jian)式高溫超導磁儲(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)從(cong)武漢運(yun)抵秭歸縣老(lao)虎口水電站,經(jing)過(guo)了(le)數百公(gong)里(li)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)等級公(gong)路;整個(ge)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中系(xi)統(tong)均露天放(fang)置,經(jing)歷了(le)雷雨、大(da)風、酷熱等各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)天氣的(de)考驗(yan)(yan);接(jie)入電網后(hou),又經(jing)過(guo)了(le)電網電壓波(bo)動和(he)電網因雷擊(ji)多次(ci)停電等考驗(yan)(yan),在上述(shu)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)條件(jian)下(xia),儲(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)均能正常(chang)工作(zuo)運(yun)行。
該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)由(you)儲能(neng)(neng)磁體、變流(liu)器及(ji)監控裝(zhuang)置組成的(de)一種(zhong)多功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)能(neng)(neng)量管理裝(zhuang)置,具(ju)有(you)提高電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)穩定(ding)性、改善供電(dian)(dian)質(zhi)量的(de)特點(dian),可作為不(bu)間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)使(shi)用由(you)國(guo)產高溫超(chao)導帶(dai)材繞制(zhi)而(er)成的(de)儲能(neng)(neng)磁體,采用制(zhi)冷機直接冷卻(que),無(wu)需使(shi)用液氮、液氦等冷卻(que)方式,將有(you)助于今(jin)后(hou)根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)和用戶的(de)需求靈活選擇安裝(zhuang)地點(dian)。變流(liu)器采用四重(zhong)模塊結構及(ji)移(yi)相控制(zhi)方式,以增大功(gong)(gong)(gong)率、減少(shao)諧波,實現儲能(neng)(neng)磁體和電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)間(jian)的(de)四象(xiang)限的(de)有(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率與無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率交換。隨著電(dian)(dian)力需求的(de)快(kuai)速增長(chang),超(chao)導磁儲能(neng)(neng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)有(you)望(wang)在未來電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中廣泛應用。
據悉(xi),該(gai)項成(cheng)果填補了國(guo)內在(zai)超導(dao)研究領(ling)域的空白(bai),標志著(zhu)我國(guo)在(zai)直接冷卻高溫(wen)超導(dao)磁(ci)儲能(neng)實用(yong)技術方面(mian)又向前邁進了一步(bu)。
