近日,由華(hua)中(zhong)科(ke)技大(da)學聯(lian)合國(guo)內(nei)優勢單位,歷時10年(nian),成(cheng)功研制(zhi)的國(guo)內(nei)首套移(yi)動組(zu)件式(shi)直接冷卻高溫超(chao)導磁儲能系統在湖北秭歸縣老(lao)虎口水電(dian)站順利完成(cheng)全部現場試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),各項試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)結(jie)果均(jun)達到(dao)預(yu)期目標。
此次試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)是華中(zhong)(zhong)科(ke)技大(da)學和國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)湖(hu)北公司聯合(he)承擔的(de)(de)國家(jia)863計劃(hua)項目的(de)(de)重(zhong)要研究內容之(zhi)一,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)歷(li)時12天。移動組件式(shi)(shi)直(zhi)接冷(leng)卻高溫超導磁儲能系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)主(zhu)要部件都安放(fang)在(zai)(zai)一個特制的(de)(de)集(ji)裝箱(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong),集(ji)裝箱(xiang)可(ke)用卡車運(yun)輸,可(ke)以根(gen)據需要運(yun)送(song)安放(fang)到合(he)適(shi)的(de)(de)位置(zhi)(zhi),接入(ru)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)進行功(gong)率調控。該移動組件式(shi)(shi)高溫超導磁儲能系(xi)(xi)統從武漢運(yun)抵秭歸縣(xian)老虎口水電(dian)(dian)站,經過了數百公里各種(zhong)等(deng)級公路;整(zheng)個試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong)(zhong)系(xi)(xi)統均露天放(fang)置(zhi)(zhi),經歷(li)了雷雨、大(da)風、酷熱等(deng)各種(zhong)天氣(qi)的(de)(de)考(kao)驗(yan)(yan)(yan);接入(ru)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)后,又經過了電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓波動和電(dian)(dian)網(wang)因雷擊多次停電(dian)(dian)等(deng)考(kao)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),在(zai)(zai)上述(shu)各種(zhong)條件下,儲能系(xi)(xi)統均能正常工作運(yun)行。
該系統(tong)(tong)由儲(chu)能磁(ci)體(ti)、變(bian)流器及監控裝置(zhi)組成(cheng)的(de)一種多(duo)功(gong)能能量管理(li)裝置(zhi),具有提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)穩定(ding)性、改善供電(dian)(dian)(dian)質量的(de)特點(dian),可作為不間斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。該系統(tong)(tong)使用(yong)由國產高溫超導(dao)帶(dai)材(cai)繞制而成(cheng)的(de)儲(chu)能磁(ci)體(ti),采用(yong)制冷(leng)機直接(jie)冷(leng)卻,無需(xu)使用(yong)液氮(dan)、液氦等冷(leng)卻方式,將(jiang)有助于今(jin)后根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)和(he)用(yong)戶的(de)需(xu)求靈活選擇安裝地點(dian)。變(bian)流器采用(yong)四(si)重模塊結構及移(yi)相控制方式,以增(zeng)大功(gong)率(lv)、減少諧波,實現儲(chu)能磁(ci)體(ti)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)間的(de)四(si)象限的(de)有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)與無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)交換。隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)需(xu)求的(de)快速增(zeng)長,超導(dao)磁(ci)儲(chu)能系統(tong)(tong)有望(wang)在未(wei)來電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)中廣(guang)泛應用(yong)。
據悉,該項成果填(tian)補了國內在超(chao)導研(yan)究領域的空白,標志著我國在直接冷卻高溫超(chao)導磁儲能實(shi)用技(ji)術(shu)方面又(you)向前邁進了一步。
