老(lao)江底水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站位于(yu)貴州省南盤江一(yi)級支流黃泥(ni)河(he)上(shang),總裝機(ji)10萬千瓦,為(wei)三等中型電(dian)(dian)站,首部樞紐永久性(xing)主(zhu)要水(shui)(shui)工建(jian)筑(zhu)物有攔河(he)大壩、岸邊(bian)溢洪道(dao)、泄洪洞、引水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)及發電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房(fang)等建(jian)筑(zhu)物。攔河(he)大壩設計為(wei)橢(tuo)圓(yuan)雙曲薄拱壩,最大壩高為(wei)75米(mi),年平均(jun)發電(dian)(dian)量4·182億千瓦時。
該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于2005年6月10日開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,中國水電九局(ju)針(zhen)對施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場面(mian)十(shi)分狹窄、多處(chu)交(jiao)(jiao)叉(cha)作(zuo)業、技術含量(liang)高(gao)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)大、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)周期(qi)短等特點,加(jia)大科技攻關(guan)力(li)度(du),積(ji)極推廣應用(yong)新(xin)技術、新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝和新(xin)材料,不斷提(ti)高(gao)項(xiang)目部施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)水平。在兩壩(ba)肩(jian)(jian)高(gao)邊坡開(kai)挖中,采用(yong)深孔預裂爆破施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術,既保證了(le)(le)(le)壩(ba)肩(jian)(jian)開(kai)挖質量(liang),又(you)加(jia)快(kuai)了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)。在上(shang)游(you)圍(wei)堰孤(gu)石、漂(piao)石密集、高(gao)落差、水流急、防滲困難(nan)的(de)(de)情況下,采用(yong)九局(ju)首創的(de)(de)“復雜地(di)層圍(wei)堰高(gao)效快(kuai)速(su)防滲灌漿技術”,有效地(di)解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)圍(wei)堰“閉氣”施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題。針(zhen)對大壩(ba)右(you)岸(an)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)無交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)實(shi)際,設計(ji)了(le)(le)(le)10噸臨時走線(xian)和右(you)壩(ba)肩(jian)(jian)兩跨長23米(mi)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)棧橋(qiao),解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)右(you)岸(an)開(kai)挖和澆(jiao)筑通(tong)(tong)道及大壩(ba)材料運輸難(nan)題。在大壩(ba)左岸(an)自然災害蹦塌高(gao)邊坡治(zhi)理(li)中和壩(ba)頂(ding)至進水塔(ta)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)橋(qiao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,設計(ji)附壁懸(xuan)空腳手架方案,節約了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本,加(jia)快(kuai)了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)。特別是在大壩(ba)混凝土(tu)澆(jiao)筑過程(cheng)(cheng)中,采用(yong)外摻(chan)氧化鎂(mei)、全(quan)壩(ba)段實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)倉澆(jiao)筑,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量(liang)優(you)良,沒有出現任何(he)裂縫(feng),受(shou)到有關(guan)專(zhuan)家的(de)(de)高(gao)度(du)評價。
老(lao)江底水(shui)電(dian)站的(de)建成投產大大緩解了當地缺電(dian)的(de)緊張矛盾(dun),拉(la)動了當地經濟(ji)的(de)發展,使經濟(ji)社會發生了巨大的(de)變化。
