2009年,云南電網臨滄供電局實現應收電費1.9億元,電費回收率100%,這是該局連續17年實現電費回收率100%。
該局動(dong)態跟蹤(zong)協調電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)工作,每日追蹤(zong)統計欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)戶(hu)情(qing)況,明確月欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)達(da)10萬元以(yi)上的(de)客戶(hu)由分管領導進行督辦催費(fei)(fei)(fei),實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)工作的(de)逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)控制。強(qiang)化應收(shou)(shou)(shou)賬款的(de)管理(li),重點關注大客戶(hu)和欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)大戶(hu),實(shi)行“專變”用(yong)電(dian)(dian)客戶(hu)滯(zhi)納(na)金管理(li)。制定電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)績效(xiao)工資抵押制度,對電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)回收(shou)(shou)(shou)率低于(yu)100%的(de)縣級(ji)(ji)供電(dian)(dian)公司嚴格考核(he)。同時,推出了輕松交電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)贈禮系(xi)列活動(dong)、開通(tong)了銀行代扣電(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)、短信通(tong)知等業務,完(wan)成對偏遠山(shan)區、非(fei)常住人口等催繳(jiao)難點的(de)催費(fei)(fei)(fei)工作。
