近日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵隧道集團承建的寧波市軌道交通1號線TJ-Ⅱ標西門口地鐵車站主體圍護結構順利完工。
西門口站地(di)(di)處寧波市(shi)中心城(cheng)區(qu),居(ju)(ju)民樓密集(ji),南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)側(ce)淺基礎(chu)(chu)建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)多,距離圍(wei)護結構(gou)近,南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)側(ce)地(di)(di)層(ceng)中軟土(tu)層(ceng)較厚,地(di)(di)下障礙物(wu)(wu)(wu)多,地(di)(di)基強度低(di)、穩定性(xing)差。對此,中鐵隧道集(ji)團(tuan)多次(ci)召開專家(jia)討論會,成(cheng)立了(le)“信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)小(xiao)組”,對南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)側(ce)地(di)(di)表及(ji)建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)進(jin)行實(shi)時監測,通過優化(hua)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,合理(li)安排施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu),將建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)沉(chen)降值控(kong)制在允許范(fan)圍(wei)內;通過對施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)、作(zuo)業時間、文明施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)等進(jin)行規范(fan)化(hua)管(guan)理(li),將噪聲污染降至最低(di),保(bao)證了(le)居(ju)(ju)民正常的生活質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang);針對南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)側(ce)不良地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)影(ying)響,提出(chu)三(san)軸水泥土(tu)攪拌樁加固地(di)(di)連(lian)墻外側(ce)土(tu)體,再配合信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li),有(you)效控(kong)制了(le)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)側(ce)地(di)(di)表、建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)沉(chen)降,保(bao)證了(le)地(di)(di)連(lian)墻施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全。最終(zhong)順(shun)利(li)完成(cheng)這一節點性(xing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務,為(wei)后續車(che)站冠梁、混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)支撐施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)及(ji)基坑(keng)開挖奠定了(le)堅(jian)實(shi)的基礎(chu)(chu)。
