近日,中國鋁業公司為首批13名首席工程師舉行了簡樸而隆重的授聘儀式,并簽訂了績效合同書。此次受聘的首批首席工程師是氧化鋁、電解鋁、碳素、化學品氧化鋁、鋁加工、采礦等6個主要專業領域,引領公司學科發展方向、在國內外享有較高聲譽的學科專業帶頭人。
首(shou)席(xi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)的正(zheng)式授聘,標志著(zhu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)公(gong)司(si)實(shi)施五級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制(zhi)度(du)、建設高素質(zhi)科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊伍進(jin)(jin)入了(le)一(yi)個新階(jie)段(duan)。2007年10月,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)公(gong)司(si)出臺(tai)了(le)《科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)激勵暫(zan)行(xing)辦法(fa)》,在繼承傳(chuan)統科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)管理(li)優秀思想和(he)吸(xi)收現代(dai)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源管理(li)先進(jin)(jin)理(li)念的基礎上,建立了(le)適應公(gong)司(si)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、具有公(gong)司(si)特色的科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)職(zhi)業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)通道(dao),即五級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制(zhi)度(du):首(shou)席(xi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、主任工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、主管工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、區域工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、支持(chi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)。五級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制(zhi)度(du)建立了(le)科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)與管理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)通道(dao)并行(xing)、共存、互通的一(yi)種職(zhi)業(ye)成長與發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)平臺(tai),實(shi)行(xing)責權利相統一(yi)和(he)動態管理(li)的原則。五級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制(zhi)度(du)是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)公(gong)司(si)貫徹《國家中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)長期(qi)科學和(he)技(ji)術發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)規劃(hua)綱要(yao)》(2006—2020年)和(he)落實(shi)公(gong)司(si)第(di)二次科技(ji)大(da)會提出的“221”科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的重要(yao)舉措(cuo)。《辦法(fa)》的出臺(tai),為進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提高公(gong)司(si)廣(guang)大(da)科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的積(ji)極(ji)性、主動性和(he)創造性,更好地吸(xi)引人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、培育人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、用好人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、留住人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai),增強公(gong)司(si)核心競爭力發(fa)(fa)揮了(le)積(ji)極(ji)的作用。
