建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由中國(guo)(guo)(guo)路橋建設的(de)(de)肯(ken)尼(ni)亞蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路將于2017年(nian)6月1日正式開通試運營。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路是(shi)肯(ken)尼(ni)亞國(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨立以來的(de)(de)最(zui)大(da)工程,是(shi)其近百(bai)年(nian)來新(xin)建的(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)條鐵(tie)路,全長480公里,連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞首都內(nei)(nei)羅(luo)畢和東非第一(yi)(yi)大(da)港(gang)蒙(meng)巴薩港(gang)。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路是(shi)東共體北(bei)部戰略走(zou)廊的(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)段,也(ye)是(shi)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路”戰略的(de)(de)首個非洲(zhou)項目。根據遠期(qi)規(gui)劃,該鐵(tie)路將連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞、坦桑尼(ni)亞、烏干(gan)達、盧(lu)旺(wang)達、布隆迪(di)和南蘇丹等(deng)東非6國(guo)(guo)(guo),對于促進(jin)東非現代化鐵(tie)路網的(de)(de)形成和地(di)區經濟(ji)發展具有(you)重要意義。蒙(meng)-內(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路作為完全采用中國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)一(yi)(yi)級標準的(de)(de)典型工程,是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第一(yi)(yi)次全部采用中國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準建造的(de)(de)現代化鐵(tie)路,是(shi)實施我國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準“走(zou)出(chu)去”戰略的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個成功范例(li)。

蒙-內(nei)鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)建設期間,建研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)院(yuan)高性能(neng)(neng)混凝土研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)對其混凝土工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提供(gong)了(le)(le)全面(mian)的技(ji)術咨詢與(yu)服務工(gong)(gong)作。自2014年1月(yue)起,中(zhong)心(xin)先(xian)后(hou)承擔(dan)了(le)(le)“肯尼亞當地天(tian)然火山灰質材料在(zai)鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)高性能(neng)(neng)混凝土中(zhong)的應用技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”、“蒙-內(nei)鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)項目骨料吸水率對混凝土性能(neng)(neng)的影(ying)響及改善控制技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”和“阿(a)西河特大橋(qiao)清水高性能(neng)(neng)混凝土的配制及應用技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”、“非洲干旱(han)地區混凝土養護集成技(ji)術”等多個研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)項目與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術服務。在(zai)三(san)年多的時間內(nei),中(zhong)心(xin)多名專家先(xian)后(hou)12次赴肯尼亞施工(gong)(gong)現場(chang)提供(gong)技(ji)術服務,并在(zai)國內(nei)外系統開展了(le)(le)大量的試驗研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)技(ji)術攻(gong)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成果與(yu)現場(chang)技(ji)術支持得到了(le)(le)業主與(yu)施工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位的一(yi)致認可,也(ye)在(zai)很大程(cheng)度上保證和提高了(le)(le)蒙-內(nei)鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)的混凝土工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量,產生了(le)(le)顯著的經濟效益(yi)與(yu)技(ji)術價(jia)值。

以(yi)“肯(ken)尼(ni)亞當(dang)地(di)天然火山灰質材(cai)料(liao)在鐵路(lu)高性能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝土中的應用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術研究”項目為(wei)例,該課題通過對肯(ken)尼(ni)亞當(dang)地(di)天然火山灰的開發利用(yong)(yong),成(cheng)功取代(dai)依賴遠(yuan)途運輸才能(neng)(neng)獲得的粉煤灰,作為(wei)礦物摻合料(liao)規模化(hua)應用(yong)(yong)于蒙-內鐵路(lu)混(hun)凝土工程,實現了(le)就地(di)取材(cai),降低(di)了(le)建(jian)設成(cheng)本,同時顯著提高了(le)混(hun)凝土性能(neng)(neng),經濟(ji)效益和(he)技(ji)術價值十(shi)分顯著。

通過(guo)高性(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)全過(guo)程(cheng)咨詢指導,以蒙-內鐵路(lu)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果為(wei)基礎,最終形成(cheng)天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰生(sheng)產(chan)線2條(tiao),為(wei)工(gong)程(cheng)提供了(le)4萬多噸天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰產(chan)品,節約建(jian)設(she)成(cheng)本(ben)4000多萬元人民幣。在項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)和工(gong)程(cheng)現場技(ji)術服(fu)務過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),發表論文12篇,申請專(zhuan)利5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)交集團(tuan)企業(ye)標準(zhun)《天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰在混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)技(ji)術規程(cheng)》,形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)公(gong)路(lu)協(xie)會施工(gong)工(gong)法“天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰高性(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)工(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)施工(gong)企業(ye)管(guan)理協(xie)會科技(ji)成(cheng)果獎(jiang)二等獎(jiang)。正在申報編制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)土木工(gong)程(cheng)學會標準(zhun)《天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰在混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)技(ji)術規范》。天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰開(kai)發與(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)應用(yong)成(cheng)套技(ji)術,有望(wang)在肯尼亞(ya)后續建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內-馬鐵路(lu)進一步推廣(guang)使(shi)用(yong),并可(ke)能在東非地區除了(le)鐵路(lu)工(gong)程(cheng)之外的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)路(lu)交通工(gong)程(cheng)、工(gong)民建(jian)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)廣(guang)泛(fan)使(shi)用(yong)。在2016年(nian)北京市(shi)科委重大專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)課題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)下,建(jian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)院高性(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)路(lu)橋一道,將廣(guang)泛(fan)開(kai)展“一帶一路(lu)”沿線國(guo)(guo)家和地區天(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰資源的(de)(de)(de)(de)調研(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)作,有望(wang)在具備條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)推廣(guang)使(shi)用(yong)該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術。

目前,蒙-內(nei)鐵(tie)路延(yan)長線內(nei)馬(ma)鐵(tie)路也正在如(ru)火如(ru)荼地建(jian)(jian)設,建(jian)(jian)研(yan)院(yuan)高性能混(hun)凝土研(yan)究中心繼續(xu)作為其混(hun)凝土工(gong)程的主要(yao)技術咨詢(xun)與(yu)支撐(cheng)單位,仍將憑借堅(jian)實(shi)的科研(yan)實(shi)力與(yu)工(gong)程技術,在東(dong)非鐵(tie)路網(wang)建(jian)(jian)設中貢(gong)獻自(zi)己的力量。
