近日,中國建筑(zhu)工程(cheng)總公(gong)司所屬中建交通“城市超(chao)大深基(ji)坑及地下(xia)結構施工技術(shu)研(yan)究”經北京(jing)市住(zhu)房和城鄉建設委員(yuan)會(hui)鑒定,達到國內領(ling)先水平。
該成(cheng)果(guo)解決(jue)了(le)城(cheng)市超大(da)深基(ji)坑及(ji)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中(zhong)面(mian)臨的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)(di)狹(xia)小、支護(hu)條(tiao)件(jian)受限(xian)、結(jie)(jie)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度大(da)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、質量(liang)安(an)全要求高等難(nan)題,總結(jie)(jie)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)包(bao)括深大(da)基(ji)坑盆式(shi)開挖與中(zhong)心島組合(he)式(shi)支護(hu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術、大(da)型(xing)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)快(kuai)速施(shi)工(gong)(gong)關鍵技術、大(da)型(xing)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)空間工(gong)(gong)程綠色施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術、基(ji)于BIM技術的(de)大(da)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)程深化設計(ji)及(ji)管理(li)研究等成(cheng)套技術,形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)一(yi)整套基(ji)于城(cheng)市超大(da)深基(ji)坑及(ji)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術的(de)應用流(liu)程及(ji)解決(jue)思路。
該(gai)成果(guo)將管理與(yu)施工技術相結合,在(zai)長春南部都市經濟(ji)開發區中央商務(wu)區地下空間開發工程項(xiang)目中得到應用。
