2017年8月31日,由中國(guo)一重承制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)全(quan)球首臺“華龍一號”—福清5號主泵(beng)泵(beng)殼在大(da)連核電石化公司完(wan)成制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)。該(gai)產品的(de)(de)成功交付,使(shi)我國(guo)核電裝備國(guo)產化制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)能力(li)實(shi)現了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)跨越,制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)技術實(shi)現了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)突破,制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)水平實(shi)現了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)提高。
“華龍一號”是中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)電“走出(chu)(chu)去(qu)”發(fa)展戰略和推進(jin)(jin)“一帶一路”建(jian)設(she)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)舉措,是國(guo)家能源發(fa)展規劃的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)步(bu)驟。“華龍一號”核(he)電項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)系列產(chan)品(pin)的(de)完工,讓中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)電在“走出(chu)(chu)去(qu)”的(de)歷程(cheng)中(zhong),由過去(qu)的(de)“借船”出(chu)(chu)海(hai)、“拼船”出(chu)(chu)海(hai),向(xiang)“造(zao)(zao)船”出(chu)(chu)海(hai)進(jin)(jin)行轉(zhuan)變。通(tong)過具有自主(zhu)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權先進(jin)(jin)核(he)電技術(shu)的(de)輸出(chu)(chu),帶動工程(cheng)、設(she)備(bei)(bei)、材料、技術(shu)服務以及(ji)技術(shu)標準的(de)全方位“走出(chu)(chu)去(qu)”。中(zhong)國(guo)一重(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)電裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)供應商(shang),多年(nian)來(lai),以重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)為(wei)依托(tuo),以自主(zhu)制造(zao)(zao)、替代進(jin)(jin)口為(wei)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標,大(da)(da)力(li)推進(jin)(jin)核(he)電建(jian)設(she)和核(he)能裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)國(guo)產(chan)化(hua),規劃并實施了(le)旨在提升核(he)電裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)制造(zao)(zao)能力(li)的(de)一系列重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)技術(shu)改造(zao)(zao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),取(qu)得重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)進(jin)(jin)展。目(mu)(mu)(mu)前已形成年(nian)產(chan)10臺套核(he)島(dao)一回路大(da)(da)型鑄鍛件及(ji)相關設(she)備(bei)(bei)、5臺套常規島(dao)設(she)備(bei)(bei)所需(xu)大(da)(da)型鑄鍛件的(de)生產(chan)能力(li)。
此(ci)次(ci)完工制(zhi)造(zao)的(de)全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)臺(tai)“華龍一(yi)號”福清5號主泵(beng)泵(beng)殼是中(zhong)國(guo)一(yi)重(zhong)與中(zhong)核集團、哈電集團緊密(mi)聯系、通(tong)力合(he)作(zuo)的(de)又一(yi)重(zhong)大(da)產(chan)品。作(zuo)為我(wo)國(guo)首(shou)臺(tai)“華龍一(yi)號”堆型(xing)示范項(xiang)目,主泵(beng)泵(beng)殼為特厚(hou)異(yi)形大(da)鍛(duan)件(jian),取樣位置苛刻(ke),鍛(duan)件(jian)形狀(zhuang)復(fu)雜,熱(re)處理難度大(da),性能(neng)要求高,是核電大(da)型(xing)關鍵(jian)部(bu)件(jian)中(zhong)的(de)復(fu)雜不規則鍛(duan)件(jian)。中(zhong)國(guo)一(yi)重(zhong)經過(guo)11個(ge)月的(de)精心組織、艱苦奮(fen)戰,先后攻克了高純凈鋼水冶煉、超大(da)截面壓實鍛(duan)造(zao)、超大(da)型(xing)截面的(de)細化晶粒熱(re)處理工藝(yi)等(deng)難關,有(you)效地控制(zhi)了冶煉夾雜物(wu),滿足了硬度均(jun)勻、性能(neng)穩定(ding)等(deng)關鍵(jian)技術指標,最終泵(beng)殼性能(neng)試驗及評(ping)定(ding)一(yi)次(ci)合(he)格。
全(quan)(quan)(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)(shou)臺“華龍一(yi)號(hao)”泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)鍛件(jian)于(yu)2017年6月(yue)底運抵大連(lian)(lian)核(he)電石(shi)化(hua)(hua)公(gong)司(si)。在粗加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、焊(han)(han)接(jie)、組(zu)裝制(zhi)造(zao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),大連(lian)(lian)核(he)電石(shi)化(hua)(hua)公(gong)司(si)克服了(le)(le)資源少(shao)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任(ren)務量(liang)集(ji)中(zhong)等(deng)(deng)諸多困難,尤其是在內(nei)壁帶(dai)極(ji)堆焊(han)(han)、組(zu)焊(han)(han)支撐、組(zu)焊(han)(han)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)端等(deng)(deng)生產(chan)中(zhong)不(bu)斷創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),提(ti)(ti)高產(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)和(he)生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)。創新(xin)熱(re)處理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),先后(hou)采取降低泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)內(nei)壁堆焊(han)(han)后(hou)熱(re)溫度,改善了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人操作(zuo)環境等(deng)(deng),為(wei)提(ti)(ti)高產(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)和(he)生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)提(ti)(ti)供保證;創新(xin)組(zu)焊(han)(han)支撐焊(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),由(you)小車埋弧焊(han)(han)代(dai)替手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)焊(han)(han),實現(xian)了(le)(le)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)焊(han)(han)接(jie),并減少(shao)中(zhong)間熱(re)處理(li)過(guo)程(cheng),降低了(le)(le)質量(liang)風險(xian),提(ti)(ti)高了(le)(le)效(xiao)率(lv),完工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)6臺泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)共計36條焊(han)(han)縫均(jun)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)性UT探傷合格;創新(xin)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)端組(zu)焊(han)(han)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),通過(guo)借鑒廠內(nei)較為(wei)成熟的(de)U型(xing)坡口型(xing)式,首(shou)(shou)次(ci)(ci)將大管全(quan)(quan)(quan)位(wei)置(zhi)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)方法(fa)應用(yong)于(yu)主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)制(zhi)造(zao)中(zhong),使泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)端及見證件(jian)焊(han)(han)縫一(yi)次(ci)(ci)探傷合格。這是國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)(shou)次(ci)(ci)采用(yong)鎳(nie)基安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)端全(quan)(quan)(quan)位(wei)置(zhi)焊(han)(han)接(jie),為(wei)今后(hou)生產(chan)積累了(le)(le)經驗。目前,“華龍一(yi)號(hao)”福(fu)清5號(hao)后(hou)兩臺主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)和(he)海外首(shou)(shou)堆首(shou)(shou)臺主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)正在收尾制(zhi)造(zao),均(jun)將于(yu)10月(yue)末(mo)前提(ti)(ti)前出廠。
全球(qiu)首臺(tai)“華龍一號”國(guo)產化核(he)電主泵泵殼(ke)的(de)完工(gong)制造,積累了(le)經驗,鍛煉了(le)隊伍,增(zeng)強了(le)能力,為(wei)更好(hao)地實(shi)現(xian)核(he)電裝(zhuang)備國(guo)產化創造了(le)條件。
