11月7日下午,由中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)(jian)所屬中(zhong)鐵十一局承(cheng)建(jian)(jian)的國家重點(dian)鐵路項目,成(cheng)(都)昆(明(ming))鐵路擴能(neng)改造工程永(yong)(仁)廣(通)段龍川江三線大橋順利轉體(ti)。這不僅開(kai)創(chuang)了(le)世界(jie)橋梁(liang)建(jian)(jian)設史上(shang)橋梁(liang)墩中(zhong)轉體(ti)的先河,同時還(huan)填(tian)補(bu)了(le)國內外(wai)橋梁(liang)施(shi)工領(ling)域的多項技(ji)術(shu)空白,為今后同類橋梁(liang)施(shi)工積累了(le)寶貴(gui)經驗。
龍(long)川江三線(xian)大橋(qiao)(qiao)位于(yu)云(yun)南省楚雄州境(jing)內,全長460.8米,為三跨連續梁(liang)懸灌轉體橋(qiao)(qiao),其主跨88米。該工(gong)程(cheng)是成(cheng)昆鐵路擴(kuo)(kuo)能改(gai)造工(gong)程(cheng)永(yong)廣(guang)段的(de)(de)一項控制性工(gong)程(cheng)。該項施工(gong)不僅創(chuang)下了世界鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)墩中轉體高度41.4米、單體重量7350噸(dun)的(de)(de)施工(gong)紀錄,同時也創(chuang)造了世界高墩車站三線(xian)梁(liang)體的(de)(de)鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)施工(gong)紀錄。它的(de)(de)順利轉體,為成(cheng)昆鐵路擴(kuo)(kuo)能改(gai)造工(gong)程(cheng)永(yong)廣(guang)段按期開通,創(chuang)造了有利條件。

據悉,該(gai)(gai)橋原設計為懸灌施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa),但鑒(jian)于該(gai)(gai)橋上跨既有成(cheng)昆鐵路,每天(tian)通(tong)行客貨列車幾十列,稍有差池就可能釀成(cheng)巨大安全(quan)(quan)行車事(shi)故。為確(que)保(bao)“安全(quan)(quan)零(ling)事(shi)故質量零(ling)缺陷”目標的(de)實現,中鐵十一(yi)局進行集體技(ji)術攻(gong)關(guan),大膽提(ti)出了(le)懸灌工(gong)(gong)藝加(jia)轉(zhuan)體工(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)方案(an)(an),后經設計院的(de)進一(yi)步優化設計后,該(gai)(gai)方案(an)(an)在轉(zhuan)體過程(cheng)中顯示出了(le)科學可行、安全(quan)(quan)可靠的(de)顯著特點。

該(gai)項目指揮長、中(zhong)鐵(tie)十一局五公司副總(zong)經(jing)(jing)理(li)劉祖彬表示:“2015年3月‘龍(long)川江三線大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)’開工(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)初,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)就(jiu)一直思考如(ru)何安(an)(an)全、快速(su)、優質的(de)(de)(de)完成(cheng)該(gai)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu),如(ru)果當(dang)時僅(jin)按照原(yuan)設計(ji)懸灌施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行(xing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)將(jiang)不僅(jin)面臨著巨(ju)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)跨既有線安(an)(an)全施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風險,同(tong)時我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)還(huan)面臨巨(ju)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期壓力(li)。另外,按照常(chang)規(gui)同(tong)類型橋(qiao)(qiao)梁的(de)(de)(de)方法,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)選擇墩(dun)(dun)底(di)或(huo)者(zhe)墩(dun)(dun)頂(ding)(ding)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),那么墩(dun)(dun)底(di)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)又(you)面臨著因重量過(guo)大(da)、重心過(guo)高,極易造(zao)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)傾覆(fu)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全風險,或(huo)者(zhe)徹底(di)顛(dian)覆(fu)該(gai)橋(qiao)(qiao)不適(shi)宜墩(dun)(dun)底(di)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁原(yuan)始結構設計(ji),付(fu)出巨(ju)大(da)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)成(cheng)本(ben)。而如(ru)果我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)采取(qu)墩(dun)(dun)頂(ding)(ding)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti),我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)又(you)面臨著墩(dun)(dun)頂(ding)(ding)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)構件和墩(dun)(dun)頂(ding)(ding)支(zhi)座安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)相(xiang)互干(gan)擾(rao)大(da),結構復(fu)雜,工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝控(kong)制難(nan)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題。經(jing)(jing)反復(fu)方案(an)比選,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)最(zui)(zui)終選擇了(le)最(zui)(zui)為安(an)(an)全、最(zui)(zui)為科學,也最(zui)(zui)為經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)墩(dun)(dun)中(zhong)轉(zhuan)體(ti)(ti)方案(an)。”

成昆鐵路(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)改造工程是(shi)《西(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)大開(kai)發十三(san)五規劃》中云(yun)南三(san)個鐵路(lu)(lu)建設(she)項目之(zhi)一,為我(wo)國西(xi)(xi)南與(yu)西(xi)(xi)北地(di)(di)區的重(zhong)要大能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力通(tong)道,其永(仁)廣(guang)(guang)(通(tong))鐵路(lu)(lu)是(shi)我(wo)國西(xi)(xi)南鐵路(lu)(lu)網和成昆鐵路(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)改造工程的重(zhong)要組成部(bu)(bu)分,北接四川省攀枝(zhi)花,南接廣(guang)(guang)昆復(fu)線,全(quan)長(chang)126.7公里,橋隧(sui)占線路(lu)(lu)總長(chang)83.0%,設(she)計為Ⅰ級雙線電(dian)氣化鐵路(lu)(lu),開(kai)行旅客(ke)(ke)列車(che)速度目標值為每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)160公里。待2019年成昆鐵路(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)改造工程全(quan)線貫通(tong)后,通(tong)過這條客(ke)(ke)貨(huo)共用的大能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力通(tong)道,從昆明到(dao)成都(dou)僅需7小(xiao)時(shi)(shi),攀枝(zhi)花2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)即可到(dao)達(da)。大幅(fu)提升的客(ke)(ke)貨(huo)運輸(shu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力,對促進(jin)我(wo)國西(xi)(xi)南地(di)(di)區與(yu)西(xi)(xi)北地(di)(di)區、西(xi)(xi)部(bu)(bu)地(di)(di)區與(yu)南亞東南亞各國的互(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)通(tong)具有重(zhong)要意義。
