11月(yue)7日下午,由中國(guo)鐵建所屬(shu)中鐵十一局承(cheng)建的(de)國(guo)家重點鐵路項(xiang)目,成(cheng)(都)昆(明)鐵路擴能改造(zao)工程永(仁)廣(通)段龍川江三線(xian)大橋(qiao)順利(li)轉體。這不僅開(kai)創了(le)世界橋(qiao)梁建設史上橋(qiao)梁墩中轉體的(de)先河,同時還填(tian)補了(le)國(guo)內外橋(qiao)梁施(shi)工領域的(de)多項(xiang)技術空白,為今后同類橋(qiao)梁施(shi)工積累了(le)寶(bao)貴(gui)經驗。
龍川(chuan)江三線(xian)大橋位于云南省楚雄(xiong)州境內,全長(chang)460.8米(mi)(mi),為三跨連(lian)續(xu)梁懸灌轉(zhuan)體橋,其主(zhu)跨88米(mi)(mi)。該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是成昆鐵(tie)路擴能(neng)改造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)永廣(guang)段的(de)一項(xiang)控制性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。該(gai)項(xiang)施工(gong)(gong)不僅創(chuang)(chuang)下了世(shi)界鐵(tie)路橋梁墩(dun)中轉(zhuan)體高度41.4米(mi)(mi)、單體重(zhong)量7350噸的(de)施工(gong)(gong)紀錄,同(tong)時也創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)了世(shi)界高墩(dun)車站三線(xian)梁體的(de)鐵(tie)路橋梁施工(gong)(gong)紀錄。它(ta)的(de)順利轉(zhuan)體,為成昆鐵(tie)路擴能(neng)改造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)永廣(guang)段按期(qi)開(kai)通,創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)了有利條件。

據(ju)悉,該(gai)橋原(yuan)設(she)計為(wei)懸灌(guan)施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)法(fa),但鑒于該(gai)橋上跨既(ji)有(you)成昆(kun)鐵(tie)路,每(mei)天通行客貨(huo)列車幾(ji)十(shi)列,稍有(you)差池就可(ke)能釀成巨大安全(quan)行車事故。為(wei)確保“安全(quan)零事故質量零缺陷(xian)”目標的(de)實現,中鐵(tie)十(shi)一(yi)局進行集體技術攻關(guan),大膽提出了懸灌(guan)工(gong)藝加轉體工(gong)法(fa)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)方案,后(hou)經(jing)設(she)計院的(de)進一(yi)步優化(hua)設(she)計后(hou),該(gai)方案在轉體過程(cheng)中顯(xian)示出了科學可(ke)行、安全(quan)可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)顯(xian)著特點。

該(gai)項目指揮長、中(zhong)鐵十一局五(wu)公司副(fu)總經(jing)理(li)(li)劉(liu)祖彬表示:“2015年3月(yue)‘龍川江(jiang)三線大(da)(da)(da)橋’開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之初,我們(men)(men)就一直(zhi)思考如何安(an)全(quan)、快速、優質的(de)完成該(gai)橋的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務,如果當時僅按(an)照(zhao)原設(she)計懸(xuan)灌施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)進行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),我們(men)(men)將不僅面臨(lin)著巨(ju)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)跨既有線安(an)全(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)風險(xian)(xian),同(tong)時我們(men)(men)還面臨(lin)巨(ju)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期壓力。另(ling)外,按(an)照(zhao)常規同(tong)類(lei)型橋梁的(de)方法,我們(men)(men)選擇墩(dun)(dun)(dun)底(di)(di)或者墩(dun)(dun)(dun)頂轉(zhuan)體(ti)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),那么墩(dun)(dun)(dun)底(di)(di)轉(zhuan)體(ti)又面臨(lin)著因重量過(guo)大(da)(da)(da)、重心過(guo)高,極易造轉(zhuan)體(ti)傾覆的(de)安(an)全(quan)風險(xian)(xian),或者徹底(di)(di)顛覆該(gai)橋不適宜墩(dun)(dun)(dun)底(di)(di)轉(zhuan)體(ti)的(de)橋梁原始結(jie)構(gou)設(she)計,付出(chu)巨(ju)大(da)(da)(da)經(jing)濟成本。而(er)如果我們(men)(men)采取墩(dun)(dun)(dun)頂轉(zhuan)體(ti),我們(men)(men)又面臨(lin)著墩(dun)(dun)(dun)頂轉(zhuan)體(ti)構(gou)件和(he)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)頂支座安(an)裝施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)相(xiang)互干(gan)擾大(da)(da)(da),結(jie)構(gou)復(fu)雜,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)控制難的(de)問題(ti)。經(jing)反復(fu)方案(an)比(bi)選,我們(men)(men)最終選擇了最為安(an)全(quan)、最為科學,也最為經(jing)濟合理(li)(li)的(de)墩(dun)(dun)(dun)中(zhong)轉(zhuan)體(ti)方案(an)。”

成(cheng)(cheng)昆(kun)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)改造工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)《西(xi)(xi)部大開發十三五規劃》中(zhong)云南(nan)(nan)(nan)三個鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)建設(she)項目之(zhi)一(yi),為我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)西(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)與西(xi)(xi)北地(di)區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)大能(neng)力通道,其永(仁)廣(通)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)西(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)網和成(cheng)(cheng)昆(kun)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)改造工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)組成(cheng)(cheng)部分,北接四川省攀枝花(hua),南(nan)(nan)(nan)接廣昆(kun)復(fu)線(xian),全長126.7公(gong)里,橋隧占線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)總長83.0%,設(she)計為Ⅰ級雙線(xian)電氣化(hua)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu),開行旅(lv)客列車速度(du)目標值為每小時160公(gong)里。待2019年成(cheng)(cheng)昆(kun)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)擴能(neng)改造工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)全線(xian)貫(guan)通后,通過(guo)這(zhe)條客貨(huo)共用的(de)(de)(de)大能(neng)力通道,從昆(kun)明到成(cheng)(cheng)都僅需7小時,攀枝花(hua)2小時即(ji)可到達。大幅提升的(de)(de)(de)客貨(huo)運輸能(neng)力,對促進我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)西(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)地(di)區(qu)與西(xi)(xi)北地(di)區(qu)、西(xi)(xi)部地(di)區(qu)與南(nan)(nan)(nan)亞東南(nan)(nan)(nan)亞各國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)互聯互通具有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)意義(yi)。
