12月28日,由中國(guo)通(tong)號提供全線列車(che)運(yun)行控制系統的石(shi)家(jia)莊至濟南客運(yun)專(zhuan)線正式開通(tong)運(yun)營。在中國(guo)通(tong)號列控系統“大(da)腦”和(he)“神經中樞”護航(hang)下,石(shi)濟客專(zhuan)將以250公里(li)時(shi)速運(yun)營,將石(shi)家(jia)莊與濟南兩個省會城市的距離由原(yuan)來的3小時(shi)47分(fen)縮短至最快2小時(shi)9分(fen)鐘。
石(shi)濟客(ke)專正線(xian)全長310.2公(gong)里,全線(xian)采用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)號(hao)CTCS-2級列(lie)(lie)車運行(xing)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)號(hao)充分發揮研發設計、裝備制(zhi)(zhi)造、工(gong)程(cheng)服(fu)務“三位一(yi)體”全產業(ye)鏈(lian)優(you)勢,提(ti)供(gong)核心系(xi)(xi)統和裝備為石(shi)濟客(ke)專開通(tong)(tong)運營保駕護航。其中(zhong),列(lie)(lie)車控制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心、計算機聯鎖系(xi)(xi)統、臨時限速服(fu)務器(qi)、調度集中(zhong)系(xi)(xi)統由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)號(hao)旗下(xia)研究(jiu)設計院集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)和卡斯柯(ke)信(xin)號(hao)公(gong)司提(ti)供(gong),ZPW-2000K軌道電路、LKD2-T2型(xing)列(lie)(lie)控中(zhong)心、DS6系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)計算機聯鎖、鐵路信(xin)號(hao)監測等裝備由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)號(hao)北京工(gong)業(ye)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)、西安工(gong)業(ye)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)提(ti)供(gong)。上海(hai)工(gong)程(cheng)局(ju)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)、通(tong)(tong)號(hao)工(gong)程(cheng)局(ju)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)分別負責中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵路濟南局(ju)和北京局(ju)管段的(de)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)信(xin)號(hao)工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong),通(tong)(tong)信(xin)信(xin)息(xi)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)負責濟南局(ju)管段及(ji)德州東(dong)新增(zeng)客(ke)服(fu)信(xin)息(xi)系(xi)(xi)統工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)。
石(shi)(shi)濟客專的開(kai)通標志著我國“四縱四橫”高(gao)(gao)速鐵路網中(zhong)的“四橫”完(wan)美收(shou)官。這(zhe)是繼津保鐵路開(kai)通后(hou),京(jing)滬(hu)、京(jing)廣兩大高(gao)(gao)鐵線路在京(jing)津冀區(qu)域內(nei)第二次(ci)互(hu)聯互(hu)通,構成(cheng)了以(yi)北京(jing)、天津、石(shi)(shi)家莊和德(de)州為(wei)基點的京(jing)津冀“矩形”高(gao)(gao)鐵環形網,結(jie)束了中(zhong)西(xi)部城市(shi)與沿(yan)海(hai)開(kai)放地(di)區(qu)沒(mei)有直通高(gao)(gao)鐵的歷史,使我國高(gao)(gao)速鐵路網進一步完(wan)善。
