記(ji)者近日(ri)(ri)從(cong)國家電網(wang)有限(xian)公司獲悉,春(chun)(chun)節期間(jian)(2月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)至2月(yue)21日(ri)(ri)),國家電網(wang)實現安全平穩(wen)生(sheng)產、安全可靠供電,圓滿(man)完成了(le)春(chun)(chun)節供電保障各項任務。
國家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)總(zong)部(bu)有關部(bu)門、各單位落實公司安全生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工作部(bu)署,全面做好(hao)春節保(bao)供電(dian)工作,加強電(dian)網(wang)(wang)運行監測和(he)設備巡視,密(mi)切跟蹤天氣情況,落實供電(dian)優質服務措施(shi),嚴格生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)應急值班工作,公司安全生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)平(ping)穩,未發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)身(shen)傷亡事故,未發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)、設備事故。
同時(shi),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)調(diao)度(du)部門統籌(chou)安(an)排(pai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網運行(xing)(xing)方式,精(jing)心(xin)采(cai)取(qu)調(diao)峰調(diao)壓措(cuo)施,積(ji)極組(zu)織跨(kua)區(qu)現貨(huo)(huo)交(jiao)易(yi),確(que)保(bao)了公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)經營范圍內電(dian)(dian)(dian)力可靠供(gong)應。全國(guo)日(ri)均發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)129.58億千瓦(wa)時(shi),同比增長6.77%,較節前下降29%;最低日(ri)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)123.61億千瓦(wa)時(shi),出現在2月(yue)17日(ri)(農歷正(zheng)月(yue)初(chu)二);華東、華中、西南等(deng)區(qu)域電(dian)(dian)(dian)網最大(da)(da)峰谷差率(lv)超過35%。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)充分發揮跨(kua)區(qu)跨(kua)省輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通道(dao)資源(yuan)調(diao)配能力,合理安(an)排(pai)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)、水電(dian)(dian)(dian)、抽蓄、核電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組(zu)調(diao)峰,采(cai)取(qu)機組(zu)進相(xiang)、投(tou)退無功補償裝置、拉停線路、直流停備等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓控制手段,確(que)保(bao)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)網穩定(ding)運行(xing)(xing)。為最大(da)(da)限度(du)消納“三北(bei)”地區(qu)清潔能源(yuan),積(ji)極組(zu)織跨(kua)區(qu)富(fu)余新(xin)能源(yuan)現貨(huo)(huo)交(jiao)易(yi),春(chun)節期(qi)間公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)棄風(feng)棄光電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)較去年(nian)春(chun)節減(jian)少65%。
春節(jie)期間(jian),國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)經營區(qu)域電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)運行(xing)(xing)平穩,未(wei)發生拉(la)閘限電(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)因主配網(wang)(wang)(wang)事故導致的客戶投訴(su)事件。公(gong)司系統各(ge)單位對所(suo)轄電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)設(she)備開(kai)展(zhan)春節(jie)保電(dian)(dian)特(te)巡工作(zuo),重點(dian)開(kai)展(zhan)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路(lu)通道、輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路(lu)防(fang)漂浮(fu)物、防(fang)外(wai)破及變電(dian)(dian)站防(fang)漂浮(fu)物、防(fang)過(guo)熱紅(hong)外(wai)測(ce)溫(wen)等(deng)特(te)巡工作(zuo)。春節(jie)期間(jian),祭祖用火和(he)(he)燃(ran)放煙花等(deng)人(ren)(ren)為火源(yuan)急劇增加,各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)設(she)備運維單位加強(qiang)設(she)備巡視,重要斷(duan)面、線路(lu)、桿塔(ta)派駐專人(ren)(ren),及時預警(jing)山火,避免電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)運行(xing)(xing)受(shou)到影響。
此外,國(guo)網(wang)客服中心(xin)超前(qian)制訂春(chun)節(jie)(jie)(jie)保電方案,科(ke)學預測話務(wu)量,注重務(wu)工返(fan)鄉集(ji)中地(di)區客戶服務(wu),做(zuo)好人員準備(bei)及(ji)排班工作,加強(qiang)與(yu)各省(自治區、直轄(xia)市)公司的協同和服務(wu)風險防范。春(chun)節(jie)(jie)(jie)期間(jian),國(guo)網(wang)客服中心(xin)各項業(ye)務(wu)運(yun)營平(ping)(ping)穩有序,充分實現信(xin)(xin)息對稱、服務(wu)優(you)質高效。電話呼(hu)入(ru)量共81萬通(tong)(日均13.5萬通(tong)),較2017年春(chun)節(jie)(jie)(jie)期間(jian)增長(chang)0.71%,呼(hu)叫平(ping)(ping)臺等(deng)系統可(ke)用率達100%,未發生八(ba)級以上信(xin)(xin)息安全事件,確(que)保了95598信(xin)(xin)息系統群總體運(yun)行平(ping)(ping)穩。
