近日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵物在獲得(de)(de)與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老鐵路(lu)(lu)接軌(gui)(gui)的境(jing)內(nei)玉磨鐵路(lu)(lu)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)云南玉溪至(zhi)磨憨)508公(gong)里鋼(gang)軌(gui)(gui)供應權(quan)(quan)的同(tong)時,又獲得(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老鐵路(lu)(lu)境(jing)外段(老撾境(jing)內(nei)磨丁至(zhi)萬象(xiang))418公(gong)里的鋼(gang)軌(gui)(gui)供應權(quan)(quan)。至(zhi)此,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵物同(tong)時獲得(de)(de)了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)第一條與國(guo)(guo)際鐵路(lu)(lu)直接聯通運營(ying)的國(guo)(guo)內(nei)外兩(liang)段鐵路(lu)(lu)的鋼(gang)軌(gui)(gui)供應權(quan)(quan),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鋼(gang)軌(gui)(gui)將“無縫(feng)連接”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老兩(liang)國(guo)(guo)。
中(zhong)老鐵(tie)路是(shi)“一帶一路”的(de)(de)標(biao)志性工程(cheng)和(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)路“走(zou)出去(qu)”的(de)(de)樣板示范(fan)性工程(cheng),是(shi)第一個(ge)以中(zhong)方為主(zhu)投(tou)資建設、共(gong)同運營(ying)并與中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)路網直接聯(lian)通(tong)的(de)(de)境外鐵(tie)路項(xiang)目,全線采用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)技術標(biao)準、使用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)設備,被習(xi)近平總書記稱贊為中(zhong)老兩國(guo)(guo)務實合作的(de)(de)“旗艦型(xing)項(xiang)目”。
為做好中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)(lao)鐵路(lu)(lu)用軌(gui)的(de)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo),中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵物(wu)在(zai)前期服(fu)(fu)務肯(ken)尼亞(ya)、阿根廷、巴基(ji)斯坦(tan)、越南等“一帶一路(lu)(lu)”沿線(xian)國家鐵路(lu)(lu)建(jian)設積(ji)累(lei)經(jing)驗的(de)基(ji)礎上,結合老(lao)(lao)撾當(dang)地(di)實際,積(ji)極研究(jiu)制(zhi)定(ding)鋼(gang)軌(gui)供應、焊(han)(han)接及鋪架綜(zong)(zong)合服(fu)(fu)務方案(an)(an)。對(dui)施工(gong)設計(ji)提出的(de)三個物(wu)資供應組(zu)織(zhi)方案(an)(an)進(jin)行考(kao)察論證,優化運輸路(lu)(lu)線(xian)和(he)方式(shi),倒排鋼(gang)軌(gui)供應的(de)時間節點(dian),綜(zong)(zong)合考(kao)慮制(zhi)枕基(ji)地(di)、鋪架基(ji)地(di)、焊(han)(han)軌(gui)廠等建(jian)設成(cheng)本等因素,最終(zhong)從三個方案(an)(an)中(zhong)(zhong)選出路(lu)(lu)線(xian)較優、成(cheng)本較低的(de)鋪架整體方案(an)(an),獲(huo)得(de)中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)(lao)公司(si)和(he)施工(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)專家的(de)認可(ke)。
