3月20日(ri)零時(shi),由中(zhong)(zhong)國電建投資建設的(de)亞(ya)洲最(zui)寬(kuan)無(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)——鄭州賈(jia)魯河(he)大(da)橋(qiao)正式通(tong)車。作為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)牟(mou)縣重要交通(tong)要道,賈(jia)魯河(he)大(da)橋(qiao)的(de)通(tong)車不僅有效緩解了中(zhong)(zhong)牟(mou)縣現有交通(tong)壓(ya)力(li),同時(shi),作為(wei)一座寬(kuan)達55米的(de)無(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao),大(da)橋(qiao)以(yi)其亞(ya)洲最(zui)寬(kuan)無(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)成為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)牟(mou)一座新的(de)標志性建筑。
賈魯河(he)大橋(qiao)位于鄭(zheng)州(zhou)國(guo)際(ji)文化創(chuang)意產業園區人文路與賈魯河(he)交匯處。大橋(qiao)于2015年(nian)3月開工建(jian)設(she),為(wei)(wei)(wei)單塔(ta)(ta)雙索(suo)面(mian)無(wu)背索(suo)斜塔(ta)(ta)斜拉橋(qiao),總長890米,橋(qiao)梁(liang)長526米,寬55米。主(zhu)(zhu)橋(qiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)整體式(shi)一幅(fu)(fu)橋(qiao),引橋(qiao)橫(heng)向分為(wei)(wei)(wei)三幅(fu)(fu)橋(qiao),其(qi)中中幅(fu)(fu)橋(qiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)機(ji)動車橋(qiao),兩側邊幅(fu)(fu)橋(qiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)輔道橋(qiao)。該橋(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)為(wei)(wei)(wei)預應力混凝土構(gou)件,主(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)上(shang)塔(ta)(ta)柱(zhu)垂(chui)直(zhi)高度為(wei)(wei)(wei)71.6米,與地面(mian)夾角60度;裝飾塔(ta)(ta)為(wei)(wei)(wei)鳳首箜篌造(zao)型,兼具景觀功(gong)能和配重功(gong)能,共(gong)布置18根索(suo)及阻尼(ni)裝置。斜塔(ta)(ta)形式(shi)及高度在國(guo)內外均為(wei)(wei)(wei)罕見,寬度上(shang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)同類(lei)型橋(qiao)梁(liang)亞洲之(zhi)最。
兩個主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)是(shi)大橋施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)最(zui)大難(nan)點。主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)高78米(mi),分(fen)10節施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),每(mei)(mei)節混凝土澆(jiao)筑高度約6米(mi)。中國(guo)電建開展(zhan)多項科研技術(shu)創新,通(tong)過優化主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,建立應力應變監測體系,開發爬(pa)模智能(neng)監測系統(tong)和BIM(建筑信息模型)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管理系統(tong),不僅保證了主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全,還有效縮短(duan)了主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)每(mei)(mei)節段的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)周(zhou)期,確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順利進(jin)展(zhan)。
