公(gong)(gong)共(gong)交通(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)是城市(shi)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)的重要組成部分,加強公(gong)(gong)共(gong)交通(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)理關系到(dao)廣大(da)市(shi)民群眾的日常出(chu)行安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)。深圳巴士(shi)集(ji)團運(yun)營公(gong)(gong)交線路(lu)346條,優點定制線路(lu)1000條,擁有(you)營運(yun)車(che)輛合(he)計12275輛,運(yun)營管(guan)(guan)理具有(you)點多(duo)、線長、面(mian)廣、體大(da)、流動(dong)、分散的特點。傳(chuan)統的安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)手(shou)段主(zhu)要采取經驗型的“人盯人”防(fang)控(kong)模式,已然不能滿足新時代(dai)的安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)理要求(qiu)。為了(le)實現由傳(chuan)統的被動(dong)事后人防(fang)向(xiang)主(zhu)動(dong)事前技防(fang)的轉變(bian),巴士(shi)集(ji)團致(zhi)力于(yu)探(tan)索安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)智(zhi)能解決方案,力爭走出(chu)用智(zhi)能管(guan)(guan)控(kong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)、用大(da)數據管(guan)(guan)控(kong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)的“科技強安(an)”之路(lu),從2018年起在集(ji)團下(xia)屬的公(gong)(gong)交車(che)和(he)出(chu)租車(che)推廣應用主(zhu)動(dong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)防(fang)控(kong)系統。
通(tong)過近一年時間的(de)試(shi)用(yong),巴(ba)士集團在(zai)設備商(shang)(shang)提(ti)供的(de)原始功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)基礎上,結合自身多年管理數據和(he)經驗,聯合設備商(shang)(shang)不斷對系統進(jin)行(xing)(xing)優(you)化和(he)完善,逐步開發了一套較符合城市公交管理的(de)監控(kong)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng):一是基于交通(tong)事故(gu)特點(dian)和(he)歷(li)史數據的(de)分(fen)析(xi),識別(bie)(bie)了駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)中最常(chang)見的(de)24種不良駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)為(wei),并將其分(fen)為(wei)三類進(jin)行(xing)(xing)不同級(ji)別(bie)(bie)的(de)管控(kong)。二是將所有的(de)預警信(xin)息、視頻、圖像、處理結果和(he)談話內容等,上傳至后臺進(jin)行(xing)(xing)大(da)(da)數據分(fen)析(xi),形成每個(ge)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)獨有的(de)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)畫像——雷達圖。通(tong)過雷達圖可以全面的(de)、客觀的(de)了解駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)風格,基層(ceng)(ceng)車隊(dui)可以進(jin)行(xing)(xing)更有針對性(xing)的(de)安全培訓教育。三是輔(fu)助利用(yong)車載(zai)終端監控(kong)系統(GPS),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)實時動態監控(kong)。利用(yong)系統的(de)定時圖像抓(zhua)拍、實時視頻查控(kong)等功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)三層(ceng)(ceng)級(ji)視頻查控(kong),現場(chang)管控(kong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)得到大(da)(da)幅度(du)提(ti)升,讓駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)不安全行(xing)(xing)為(wei)大(da)(da)幅減少(shao)。
目前,巴(ba)士(shi)集團(tuan)屬下2244輛(liang)營運(yun)車輛(liang)已安(an)(an)裝了主動安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)。根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)用(yong)情(qing)況(kuang)初步統(tong)計,系(xi)統(tong)上線后(hou)交通(tong)事故率同(tong)比下降37.7%,傷人(ren)率下降42.9%,經損率下降45.8%,安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)效(xiao)果(guo)較好(hao)。主動安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)實現(xian)了對駕駛員的全(quan)(quan)過程、全(quan)(quan)覆蓋的預前安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong),相當于一雙(shuang)“天眼”,是城市公(gong)(gong)共(gong)交通(tong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)的“神器”,為確(que)保市民公(gong)(gong)交安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)出行(xing),提(ti)升(sheng)公(gong)(gong)交行(xing)業(ye)本質安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan),維護城市公(gong)(gong)共(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan),提(ti)供(gong)了強有力的保障(zhang)。下一步,巴(ba)士(shi)集團(tuan)將全(quan)(quan)面進行(xing)該系(xi)統(tong)的推廣應用(yong)。
