公(gong)(gong)共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)是(shi)城市公(gong)(gong)共(gong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)重要組成部分,加(jia)強(qiang)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)關系到廣(guang)大(da)(da)市民群(qun)眾的(de)(de)(de)日常出(chu)行(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)。深(shen)圳巴士集(ji)團(tuan)運營(ying)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)(xian)路346條,優點定制線(xian)(xian)路1000條,擁有營(ying)運車輛(liang)合計12275輛(liang),運營(ying)管(guan)理(li)具有點多、線(xian)(xian)長(chang)、面廣(guang)、體大(da)(da)、流(liu)動(dong)、分散的(de)(de)(de)特點。傳(chuan)(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控手(shou)段主要采取經驗型的(de)(de)(de)“人盯人”防(fang)控模式,已(yi)然(ran)不(bu)能滿足新時代的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)要求。為(wei)了實現由傳(chuan)(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)被動(dong)事后人防(fang)向主動(dong)事前技防(fang)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變,巴士集(ji)團(tuan)致力(li)于探索安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控智能解決方案(an),力(li)爭走出(chu)用(yong)(yong)智能管(guan)控安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、用(yong)(yong)大(da)(da)數據管(guan)控安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)“科技強(qiang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)”之路,從2018年(nian)起在集(ji)團(tuan)下屬(shu)的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)車和出(chu)租(zu)車推廣(guang)應用(yong)(yong)主動(dong)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)控系統。
通(tong)(tong)過近一年(nian)時間的試用(yong),巴士集(ji)團(tuan)在設備(bei)商(shang)提供的原始功能(neng)(neng)基(ji)礎(chu)上,結合(he)自身(shen)多年(nian)管理數據(ju)和經驗,聯合(he)設備(bei)商(shang)不(bu)斷對系(xi)統進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)優(you)化和完善,逐(zhu)步開發了一套較符合(he)城市公(gong)交(jiao)管理的監控(kong)功能(neng)(neng):一是基(ji)于(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)事(shi)故特點和歷史(shi)數據(ju)的分析(xi),識別(bie)了駕駛(shi)中最常見(jian)的24種不(bu)良(liang)駕駛(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei),并將其分為(wei)三類進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)不(bu)同級(ji)(ji)別(bie)的管控(kong)。二(er)是將所有(you)的預(yu)警信息、視(shi)頻(pin)、圖(tu)(tu)像(xiang)、處(chu)理結果和談(tan)話內容等,上傳至后(hou)臺進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)大數據(ju)分析(xi),形成每個駕駛(shi)員獨有(you)的駕駛(shi)員畫(hua)像(xiang)——雷達圖(tu)(tu)。通(tong)(tong)過雷達圖(tu)(tu)可(ke)以全(quan)面的、客觀的了解駕駛(shi)員的駕駛(shi)風格(ge),基(ji)層車隊可(ke)以進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)更有(you)針對性的安(an)(an)全(quan)培訓教育(yu)。三是輔助利(li)用(yong)車載終端監控(kong)系(xi)統(GPS),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)實時動態監控(kong)。利(li)用(yong)系(xi)統的定(ding)時圖(tu)(tu)像(xiang)抓(zhua)拍、實時視(shi)頻(pin)查控(kong)等功能(neng)(neng),執行(xing)(xing)(xing)三層級(ji)(ji)視(shi)頻(pin)查控(kong),現場管控(kong)能(neng)(neng)力(li)得到大幅(fu)度提升,讓駕駛(shi)員的不(bu)安(an)(an)全(quan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)大幅(fu)減少。
目前(qian),巴士集團屬下2244輛營運(yun)車輛已(yi)安(an)裝了主(zhu)動安(an)全(quan)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)。根據試用(yong)(yong)情況(kuang)初步統(tong)(tong)計,系統(tong)(tong)上線(xian)后(hou)交通事故率同(tong)比(bi)下降37.7%,傷人率下降42.9%,經損率下降45.8%,安(an)全(quan)管控(kong)(kong)(kong)效果較好。主(zhu)動安(an)全(quan)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)實現了對駕(jia)駛員的(de)(de)全(quan)過程、全(quan)覆蓋的(de)(de)預前(qian)安(an)全(quan)管控(kong)(kong)(kong),相當(dang)于一雙“天眼”,是城市公共(gong)交通安(an)全(quan)管控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)“神器”,為確(que)保市民公交安(an)全(quan)出行,提升(sheng)公交行業本質(zhi)安(an)全(quan),維護城市公共(gong)安(an)全(quan),提供了強有(you)力的(de)(de)保障(zhang)。下一步,巴士集團將全(quan)面進行該系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)推廣應用(yong)(yong)。
