今年(nian)以(yi)來(lai),廣西(xi)(xi)機場管理集團以(yi)習近(jin)平新(xin)時代中國特色社會主(zhu)義思想(xiang)為指導(dao),突出廣西(xi)(xi)民航(hang)(hang)在“建(jian)設壯美廣西(xi)(xi)、共圓復興夢想(xiang)”新(xin)的(de)偉大實(shi)(shi)踐以(yi)及落實(shi)(shi)廣西(xi)(xi)“三大定位”新(xin)使命、“五個扎實(shi)(shi)”新(xin)要求、構(gou)建(jian)“南向(xiang)、北聯、東(dong)融、西(xi)(xi)合”的(de)全(quan)方位開放發展格(ge)局中的(de)歷史擔(dan)當、戰略擔(dan)當、責(ze)任擔(dan)當,大力推進(jin)面(mian)向(xiang)東(dong)盟的(de)航(hang)(hang)空大通道(dao)、粵港澳大灣區以(yi)及西(xi)(xi)部(bu)陸海新(xin)通道(dao)航(hang)(hang)空互(hu)聯互(hu)通建(jian)設,為加快實(shi)(shi)現廣西(xi)(xi)全(quan)方位對外(wai)開放新(xin)格(ge)局貢獻航(hang)(hang)空力量。
加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)打通(tong)(tong)連接東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)的(de)(de)政治(zhi)、經(jing)貿(mao)、文(wen)化(hua)交流航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)主通(tong)(tong)道(dao),東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)實(shi)現“多國(guo)通(tong)(tong)”。今年(nian)以來,廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)機場管理集團在廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)壯族(zu)自治(zhi)區黨委、政府的(de)(de)支持(chi)下,積極爭取民航(hang)(hang)(hang)局在不影響(xiang)內陸(lu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)和(he)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)正常率(lv)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下給予廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)至(zhi)東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)國(guo)際航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)增(zeng)(zeng)量的(de)(de)政策支持(chi),密(mi)切(qie)協調和(he)走訪航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)公司,加(jia)(jia)密(mi)東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)首都、熱點城(cheng)市航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban),持(chi)續完善東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)網絡,開通(tong)(tong)南(nan)(nan)寧至(zhi)曼德勒(le)、西(xi)哈努(nu)克港(gang)新航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian),加(jia)(jia)密(mi)南(nan)(nan)寧至(zhi)泰國(guo)曼谷、新加(jia)(jia)坡、越南(nan)(nan)芽莊(zhuang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)。上半年(nian)在飛東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)27條,其(qi)他國(guo)際航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)2條(南(nan)(nan)寧—莫斯(si)科、桂林—首爾),可通(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)11個(ge)(ge)國(guo)家的(de)(de)20個(ge)(ge)城(cheng)市。截(jie)至(zhi)6月30日,廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)以東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)為(wei)核心(xin)的(de)(de)國(guo)際航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)旅(lv)客吞吐(tu)量達73.9萬人次,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)32%,其(qi)中南(nan)(nan)寧機場以東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)為(wei)核心(xin)的(de)(de)國(guo)際航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)旅(lv)客吞吐(tu)量為(wei)62.6萬人次,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)38%,增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)勢頭迅(xun)猛(meng)。預計2019年(nian)廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)旅(lv)客吞吐(tu)量將(jiang)達125萬人,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)13.6%。
積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)推進對(dui)(dui)接(jie)粵(yue)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)大(da)灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong)建設(she),粵(yue)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)實現(xian)“天天班(ban)(ban)”和(he)“多市(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)”。今年以來,廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)(xi)機場(chang)管理(li)集團努力(li)克服香(xiang)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)時刻緊張、民航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)局(ju)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)宏觀(guan)調控,以及因客(ke)(ke)座率低、收益低造(zao)成航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)公司不(bu)愿飛等困難,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)爭取民航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)局(ju)、軍(jun)方及航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)公司支持,不(bu)斷推動(dong)全面(mian)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)粵(yue)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)大(da)灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)便利化。截至(zhi)(zhi)6月底,全區(qu)(qu)在飛地區(qu)(qu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)共5條(tiao),其中南(nan)寧至(zhi)(zhi)香(xiang)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)、澳(ao)(ao)門(men)以及桂林至(zhi)(zhi)香(xiang)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)實現(xian)每日1班(ban)(ban),廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)(xi)至(zhi)(zhi)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)吞(tun)吐量19.7萬人次(ci),同(tong)比增長14.9%,其中南(nan)寧至(zhi)(zhi)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)吞(tun)吐量達(da)10.86萬人次(ci),同(tong)比增長36.7%。陸續(xu)開通(tong)(tong)(tong)南(nan)寧、桂林、北海、柳州、百色、河池機場(chang)至(zhi)(zhi)廣(guang)(guang)州、深圳、珠海、汕(shan)頭、湛江、惠(hui)州、梅縣(xian)等13條(tiao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian),其中今年新開貴州—河池—惠(hui)州(扶(fu)貧(pin)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian))、柳州—湛江,并恢復(fu)柳州—深圳航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian),實現(xian)廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)(xi)城(cheng)市(shi)與(yu)廣(guang)(guang)東一(yi)、二線(xian)城(cheng)市(shi)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong),對(dui)(dui)促進粵(yue)桂兩省(sheng)區(qu)(qu)扶(fu)貧(pin)工作,融入粵(yue)港(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)澳(ao)(ao)大(da)灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)建設(she)發揮(hui)積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)作用。
大力推進(jin)西(xi)(xi)部(bu)陸海貿易空(kong)(kong)中通(tong)道(dao)建(jian)(jian)設(she),西(xi)(xi)部(bu)城市航(hang)(hang)(hang)線實(shi)(shi)現“密密飛”。今(jin)(jin)年(nian)以來(lai),廣西(xi)(xi)機(ji)場管理集團深入貫(guan)徹廣西(xi)(xi)與重慶、貴州、甘肅簽署的(de)(de)合(he)作共建(jian)(jian)中新互聯互通(tong)項目南向通(tong)道(dao)框(kuang)架(jia)協議(yi),主(zhu)(zhu)動對接和(he)加強與西(xi)(xi)部(bu)陸海新通(tong)道(dao)沿線省市在民航(hang)(hang)(hang)領域的(de)(de)戰(zhan)略(lve)合(he)作和(he)務實(shi)(shi)合(he)作,扎實(shi)(shi)推動與四川(chuan)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)、甘肅省機(ji)場集團戰(zhan)略(lve)合(he)作框(kuang)架(jia)協議(yi)事(shi)項的(de)(de)逐一落地(di),共同建(jian)(jian)設(she)川(chuan)航(hang)(hang)(hang)南寧基地(di)、甘肅經南寧、桂林至(zhi)新加坡等(deng)東盟(meng)國家的(de)(de)“南向通(tong)道(dao)”網(wang)絡(luo)和(he)廣西(xi)(xi)區內各地(di)經蘭州的(de)(de)“進(jin)疆通(tong)道(dao)”網(wang)絡(luo)。同時,主(zhu)(zhu)動開展航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)客貨運大通(tong)道(dao)課題研究。今(jin)(jin)年(nian)上半年(nian),開通(tong)蘭州—南寧—新加坡航(hang)(hang)(hang)線,廣西(xi)(xi)至(zhi)貴州、甘肅、青海、新疆、云南、寧夏等(deng)西(xi)(xi)部(bu)省市航(hang)(hang)(hang)線航(hang)(hang)(hang)班量比(bi)去年(nian)同期增長12%,南向開放通(tong)道(dao)的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)中走廊在“通(tong)”的(de)(de)基礎上朝著(zhu)“暢”的(de)(de)方(fang)向發展。
