近日,廣(guang)東(dong)建工集團所(suo)屬建科院自主研發的(de)(de)“智能(neng)防疫(yi)通(tong)道”投(tou)入試(shi)用,目前該設備(bei)正同步聯系(xi)第三(san)方進行檢(jian)測(ce)驗(yan)證中。“智能(neng)防疫(yi)通(tong)道”通(tong)過智能(neng)化(hua)控制,實現人(ren)(ren)員身份(fen)識別、體溫檢(jian)測(ce)、智能(neng)防疫(yi)等功(gong)能(neng),確保(bao)在快速殺菌消(xiao)毒的(de)(de)同時有(you)效避免交叉感染,有(you)助于(yu)提高(gao)人(ren)(ren)流密集區域的(de)(de)監測(ce)效率和殺菌消(xiao)毒潔凈度,降低(di)人(ren)(ren)員身體表面攜帶細(xi)菌病毒風險(xian)。
“智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)防疫(yi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)”采(cai)用了化學藥劑消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)法(fa)(fa)、紫外(wai)線(xian)輻射法(fa)(fa)、加(jia)熱消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)法(fa)(fa)、高壓(ya)(ya)滅菌(jun)(jun)(jun)、過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾滅菌(jun)(jun)(jun)法(fa)(fa)等5種殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)方法(fa)(fa),可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)控制實現聯動功能(neng)(neng)。該裝置在外(wai)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)紅(hong)外(wai)熱像人體(ti)測溫及(ji)身份識別(bie)完成初(chu)步篩選;在內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)利(li)用3套殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)凈(jing)化通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)調(diao)(diao)節系(xi)(xi)(xi)統風(feng)量(liang)及(ji)合理布置噴口位(wei)置,有效控制氣(qi)(qi)流流速(su)和流向,利(li)用氣(qi)(qi)流組織(zhi)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)以(yi)人體(ti)腋窩(wo)高度為界(jie)自然(ran)形(xing)成上、下兩(liang)個(ge)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)區域,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)改變送風(feng)量(liang)和排風(feng)量(liang)調(diao)(diao)控內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)部空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間(jian)與外(wai)部空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)間(jian)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)差,實現殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)的(de)同時(shi)避(bi)免交叉感染(ran)風(feng)險(xian)。其中,殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)凈(jing)化送風(feng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統和殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)凈(jing)化內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)循環風(feng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高速(su)潔凈(jing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)分層吹淋衣(yi)服表面(mian)的(de)細菌(jun)(jun)(jun)和塵埃,并由(you)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)循環風(feng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統進行殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)和除塵。與此(ci)同時(shi),排風(feng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統將收集到的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)經高效過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾殺菌(jun)(jun)(jun)后由(you)安全(quan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)排出,確保吹淋到人體(ti)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)潔凈(jing)度的(de)同時(shi)避(bi)免對外(wai)界(jie)壞境產生污染(ran)。
自疫情發(fa)生以(yi)來,建科(ke)院及所屬建環(huan)中(zhong)心研(yan)(yan)發(fa)團隊發(fa)揮(hui)科(ke)技創新優(you)勢(shi)和彰(zhang)顯科(ke)研(yan)(yan)企業責任擔(dan)當,立即啟(qi)動“智能防(fang)疫通道”研(yan)(yan)發(fa)計劃(hua)。在短短十幾天的時間里,建環(huan)中(zhong)心研(yan)(yan)發(fa)團隊克(ke)(ke)服人(ren)員短缺、設(she)備(bei)材料缺乏、工廠(chang)停工等問題和困難(nan),日夜兼程研(yan)(yan)究完善技術(shu)方案、模(mo)擬分析計算,同時尋(xun)找代工廠(chang)和設(she)備(bei)材料、實現氣流組織無交叉感染設(she)計、快速組裝測試(shi),相繼攻克(ke)(ke)諸(zhu)多技術(shu)難(nan)題,最終確保“智能防(fang)疫通道”研(yan)(yan)發(fa)順利完成并(bing)成功投入試(shi)用(yong)。
