合肥至安慶(qing)高鐵靜(jing)態驗收(shou)工作8月(yue)1日(ri)正式啟動。本次靜(jing)態驗收(shou)涉(she)及工務、通信、信號(hao)、電力、牽(qian)引供電、房建、客(ke)服信息、防災(zai)監(jian)控系統、土地及環水保(bao)等(deng)專業(ye)工程。計劃9月(yue)進(jin)行動態驗收(shou),隨后(hou)轉(zhuan)入聯調聯試階(jie)段,11月(yue)進(jin)行運行試驗,預計今年年底前具備開(kai)通運營(ying)條件。

為(wei)保障靜態(tai)驗(yan)收順利進行,安(an)徽省投(tou)資集團旗下鐵(tie)(tie)投(tou)公司(si)、合(he)安(an)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)公司(si)于今年(nian)上半年(nian)啟動了項目(mu)沿線外(wai)部環境安(an)全隱患(huan)整(zheng)(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),明確工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃、時(shi)限和(he)責任等,積極協調(diao)地方政府落實隱患(huan)整(zheng)(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),并提前與有關單位(wei)對(dui)接(jie),及時(shi)抽調(diao)骨干力量(liang),協同(tong)合(he)肥電(dian)務段(duan)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)務段(duan),有關設(she)計、監理(li)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)等代建單位(wei),共(gong)同(tong)成立(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程、通信信號、房建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程等10個專業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程組,對(dui)合(he)安(an)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)項目(mu)建設(she)、系統(tong)設(she)備進行全面檢查(cha)、調(diao)試(shi)(shi),嚴(yan)把靜態(tai)驗(yan)收質量(liang)關,排除隱患(huan),為(wei)后(hou)續的動態(tai)驗(yan)收、聯調(diao)聯試(shi)(shi)及運行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)奠定(ding)基礎。
合安高(gao)鐵是(shi)安徽省(sheng)首次自主投資為主建設的(de)(de)高(gao)鐵項目(mu),是(shi)國家中長期鐵路網規劃(hua)“八縱八橫”京港(臺)通(tong)道(dao)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要組成部(bu)分,可研(yan)批(pi)復總投資307.55億(yi)元。項目(mu)資本金(jin)167億(yi)元,由安徽省(sheng)和(he)國鐵集(ji)團分別出資133.6億(yi)元(80%)和(he)33.4億(yi)元(20%)。在省(sheng)方出資中,省(sheng)投資集(ji)團承擔60%,沿(yan)線(xian)地市承擔40%。

項目位于(yu)安(an)徽(hui)省(sheng)西(xi)(xi)(xi)南(nan)部,地處長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)中下游(you)、巢(chao)湖流域,包括合(he)(he)(he)安(an)高鐵(tie)正線(xian)(xian)工程(cheng)和(he)合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)樞紐(niu)(niu)相(xiang)關工程(cheng)(合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)南(nan)至肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)聯(lian)絡(luo)(luo)線(xian)(xian)、寧西(xi)(xi)(xi)貨車(che)(che)外繞線(xian)(xian)、合(he)(he)(he)九貨車(che)(che)聯(lian)絡(luo)(luo)線(xian)(xian)、合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)動車(che)(che)所及走行線(xian)(xian)工程(cheng)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan))。正線(xian)(xian)自合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)樞紐(niu)(niu)新(xin)(xin)(xin)合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)引(yin)出,經肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)、舒城(cheng)、廬(lu)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、桐城(cheng)、懷寧等市縣,終至新(xin)(xin)(xin)安(an)慶(qing)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)(不含(han)),正線(xian)(xian)全(quan)長(chang)162公里,沿線(xian)(xian)設新(xin)(xin)(xin)合(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)、肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)、舒城(cheng)東站(zhan)、廬(lu)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)西(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)、桐城(cheng)東站(zhan)等車(che)(che)站(zhan),設計行車(che)(che)速度(du)350公里/小(xiao)時(shi)。
合(he)安高鐵(tie)北(bei)接合(he)蚌、京滬、商合(he)杭高鐵(tie),溝(gou)通京津冀(ji)及山東皖(wan)北(bei)蘇北(bei)等(deng)廣大片區;南連(lian)(lian)安九、昌九、昌吉贛、贛深高鐵(tie),溝(gou)通江(jiang)西、湖南、珠(zhu)三角(jiao)等(deng)片區。項目貫通南北(bei)、連(lian)(lian)接東西,有利(li)于完善全國干線(xian)和省(sheng)內城(cheng)(cheng)際(ji)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網布(bu)局,提(ti)升路(lu)(lu)網連(lian)(lian)通度(du)和靈(ling)活(huo)機動性,拉近合(he)肥與(yu)安慶、皖(wan)江(jiang)城(cheng)(cheng)市帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)環鄱陽城(cheng)(cheng)市圈(quan)的時空距離,對增進皖(wan)江(jiang)城(cheng)(cheng)市帶(dai)(dai)對外交流協作,帶(dai)(dai)動沿線(xian)地區經濟社會發(fa)展和推進沿線(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)鎮化進程(cheng)具有積極意義。
