疫情(qing)發(fa)生以來(lai),內蒙古電力(li)公司深(shen)入落實(shi)自(zi)治區(qu)優化(hua)營商環境(jing)(jing)工(gong)作要求,著力(li)為民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)營造更(geng)好的用(yong)電環境(jing)(jing),支持(chi)民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)改革發(fa)展。在落實(shi)好國(guo)家和自(zi)治區(qu)已有支持(chi)政策的同時,為進一步提(ti)(ti)升“獲(huo)得電力(li)”服務(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)平,內蒙古電力(li)公司多(duo)方聽取民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)代表對用(yong)電方面(mian)的建議和需求,提(ti)(ti)出進一步支持(chi)和服務(wu)(wu)(wu)民(min)(min)營經(jing)濟發(fa)展12項(xiang)措施,保障民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)可靠供電、快速(su)接(jie)電、降本減負,提(ti)(ti)升用(yong)電服務(wu)(wu)(wu)品質,著力(li)破解制(zhi)約民(min)(min)營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)用(yong)電的突出困難和問題。
8月27日(ri),內蒙古(gu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力公(gong)司印發優化營(ying)商環境服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)民(min)營(ying)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)的12項措施。共(gong)分為進(jin)一步壓(ya)(ya)減(jian)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間、提(ti)(ti)高(gao)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)便(bian)利度、降低(di)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成本、提(ti)(ti)升企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)品(pin)質(zhi)、降低(di)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成本等5個(ge)方面(mian)。具(ju)體內容(rong)為:實(shi)行接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程雙(shuang)經(jing)理(li)(客(ke)戶經(jing)理(li)、項目經(jing)理(li))負(fu)責制;加快工(gong)程建(jian)設速度,對符(fu)合低(di)壓(ya)(ya)接入(ru)條件的小微(wei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)全(quan)部(bu)“零(ling)上門(men)(men)、零(ling)審(shen)批、零(ling)投(tou)資”辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),平均接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)限壓(ya)(ya)減(jian)至(zhi) 25 個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)日(ri)以(yi)(yi)內;保障(zhang)按時(shi)接入(ru),努力實(shi)現 10 千(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)(yi)下業(ye)(ye)(ye)擴項目不停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入(ru)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye);推行“線上報裝(zhuang)”、“同城異(yi)地受理(li)”;實(shi)行“一次性告知”、“一證受理(li)”;優化辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流程,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)客(ke)戶(10千(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)(yi)上)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流程壓(ya)(ya)減(jian)為四(si)個(ge)環節,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)小微(wei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流程壓(ya)(ya)減(jian)為兩個(ge)環節;延伸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網投(tou)資界面(mian),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)容(rong)量(liang)接入(ru)標(biao)準,小微(wei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)接入(ru)容(rong)量(liang)由100千(qian)伏(fu)安(an)提(ti)(ti)升至(zhi)160千(qian)伏(fu)安(an);降低(di)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)客(ke)戶工(gong)程造(zao)價(jia)(jia);開(kai)展(zhan)辦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)主(zhu)動服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),由各級客(ke)戶服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)中心指(zhi)定客(ke)戶經(jing)理(li)(客(ke)戶代表)主(zhu)動對接企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),開(kai)展(zhan)預約上門(men)(men)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu);健全(quan)對外溝(gou)通協作(zuo)(zuo)機制,與政(zheng)府部(bu)門(men)(men)暢通信息傳遞(di)、人員溝(gou)通渠道;成立聯(lian)合檢查組,開(kai)展(zhan)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)側安(an)全(quan)隱患排(pai)查并指(zhi)導企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)及(ji)時(shi)消除(chu),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)時(shi)性、針對性;全(quan)面(mian)落(luo)實(shi)國家、自治(zhi)區(qu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)(jia)政(zheng)策(ce)要求(qiu),確保相關降價(jia)(jia)政(zheng)策(ce)落(luo)實(shi)到位,降低(di)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)成本。
該措施對每一項工(gong)作(zuo)細(xi)化了(le)(le)具體流程(cheng)和要求,明確了(le)(le)責任部門(men)和配(pei)合部門(men),全力保障優化營商(shang)環境服務民(min)營企業發展的工(gong)作(zuo)落實到位(wei)。
