加強“五交一轉四對接”,創新工作機制,確保街道(鄉鎮)社區(村)接得好
國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)實行社(she)會化管理(li),政策性強,牽扯面廣。黃石市進(jin)一步(bu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新工(gong)作(zuo)機制,以“待(dai)遇(yu)不降低(di)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)保(bao)(bao)障、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)感(gan)(gan)情(qing)紐帶不會斷”等(deng)(deng)“三(san)個(ge)定心丸”,取得國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)理(li)解支持。各(ge)縣(xian)(市、區(qu))、成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)位(wei)和(he)國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)密切溝通協調,通過“交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)思(si)(si)想、交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)檔案(an)、交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)資產、交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)問題(ti),轉(zhuan)關系”“五交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)一轉(zhuan)”,主要(yao)在“思(si)(si)想、業(ye)(ye)務(wu)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)、感(gan)(gan)情(qing)”等(deng)(deng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面實現“四個(ge)無縫對(dui)接(jie)”。一是(shi)思(si)(si)想對(dui)接(jie)。思(si)(si)想通,萬事通。國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)社(she)會化管理(li)是(shi)黨中央深化國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)改革(ge)、積(ji)極應對(dui)老(lao)齡化社(she)會、為退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)提(ti)供社(she)會保(bao)(bao)障的(de)重要(yao)舉措。上(shang)級組織有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)要(yao)求,退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)期盼,我們肩上(shang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)責任(ren)。大家“心往(wang)(wang)一處(chu)想,勁(jing)往(wang)(wang)一處(chu)使”,形成(cheng)(cheng)強大工(gong)作(zuo)合力。二是(shi)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)對(dui)接(jie)。各(ge)縣(xian)(市、區(qu))和(he)國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)能協商處(chu)理(li)好移交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)過程(cheng)中遇(yu)到(dao)的(de)困難,共(gong)同探討移交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)后(hou)管理(li)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面的(de)最優(you)解決方(fang)(fang)(fang)案(an)。三(san)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)對(dui)接(jie)。各(ge)國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)一交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)了之,與縣(xian)(市、區(qu))建(jian)立共(gong)管協作(zuo)機制,做(zuo)到(dao)“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)不少、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)內容不變(bian)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)力度不減、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)標準不降”。今年重陽節期間,國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)繼續對(dui)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)行了慰(wei)問。街道(dao)(鄉鎮)社(she)區(qu)(村(cun))創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新和(he)強化黨組織建(jian)設(she),加大養老(lao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)平臺建(jian)設(she),退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)感(gan)(gan)受到(dao)了企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和(he)社(she)會的(de)雙重溫暖。四是(shi)感(gan)(gan)情(qing)對(dui)接(jie)。國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、街道(dao)(鄉鎮)社(she)區(qu)(村(cun)),同屬(shu)一個(ge)轄區(qu)。通過開展(zhan)國(guo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)退休(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)社(she)會化管理(li)示范社(she)區(qu)(村(cun))活動,促進(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)共(gong)擔,信息共(gong)享,問題(ti)共(gong)研,未來共(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang),實現“國(guo)企(qi)人(ren)(ren)”、“社(she)會人(ren)(ren)”、“一家人(ren)(ren)”的(de)融合,確保(bao)(bao)街道(dao)(鄉鎮)社(she)區(qu)(村(cun))接(jie)得好。
