2021年(nian)1-2月,廣西(xi)宏桂(gui)集團融(rong)桂(gui)公司(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“融(rong)桂(gui)公司”)實現營業收(shou)入11.28億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),完成年(nian)度目標60億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)18.80%;累(lei)計(ji)實現利潤(run)總額798.66萬元(yuan)(yuan),完成年(nian)度目標4043萬元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)19.75%,跑出了(le)改(gai)革發展的(de)“加速度”。
近日(ri),融桂公(gong)司(si)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)三(san)年行動實施(shi)方案(2020-2022 年)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)出臺(tai),進一步明確(que)了(le)企業改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的任(ren)務(wu)(wu)和目標。改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)三(san)年,融桂公(gong)司(si)將以業務(wu)(wu)創新、治理創新為(wei)(wei)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)出發(fa)點(dian),重點(dian)聚焦以促(cu)進企業高質量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)(wei)落腳點(dian),持(chi)續深化(hua)企業改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge),努(nu)力實現聚焦主業,增(zeng)強(qiang)企業的核心(xin)競爭力;完(wan)(wan)善(shan)公(gong)司(si)治理,建立更(geng)加成(cheng)熟的中(zhong)國特色現代(dai)企業制(zhi)度;創新機制(zhi),提(ti)高企業的活力和效率”的三(san)大改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)目標,并通過七大舉措推進改(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)的順利完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)。
一(yi)是(shi)堅持(chi)黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)引領企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)改(gai)(gai)革(ge),加強(qiang)黨(dang)的(de)(de)政治(zhi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設和(he)思(si)想建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,推(tui)進黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與生產經營深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)融合;加強(qiang)領導(dao)班子建(jian)(jian)(jian)設和(he)人(ren)才(cai)隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,激勵企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)擔當作(zuo)(zuo)為。二是(shi)持(chi)續完(wan)(wan)善中國特色現(xian)代企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),把(ba)黨(dang)的(de)(de)領導(dao)融入公司(si)治(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)各環節,全(quan)(quan)面(mian)加強(qiang)董事會建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,保障經理(li)(li)(li)層依(yi)法行(xing)權履職(zhi),并(bing)探索建(jian)(jian)(jian)立分層分類(lei)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)體系。三(san)是(shi)提升(sheng)主(zhu)責主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)核心競(jing)爭力(li)(li),在倉儲物流業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方面(mian)提升(sheng)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)信息化(hua)水平和(he)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)效(xiao)率,拓展(zhan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong),深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)挖(wa)增值服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu);供(gong)應鏈(lian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方面(mian),進一(yi)步做強(qiang)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)供(gong)應鏈(lian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開拓新零(ling)售業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),挖(wa)掘終(zhong)端(duan)客戶,開拓軍民融合業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)北(bei)部灣水產品(pin)(pin)供(gong)應鏈(lian)全(quan)(quan)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu);供(gong)應鏈(lian)金融業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方面(mian),全(quan)(quan)力(li)(li)打造(zao)集咨(zi)詢(xun)、商務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)、物流、資金的(de)(de)一(yi)站(zhan)式供(gong)應鏈(lian)金融生態圈。四是(shi)積極穩(wen)妥深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)混合所有制(zhi)(zhi)改(gai)(gai)革(ge),分層分類(lei)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)混改(gai)(gai),穩(wen)慎開展(zhan)混改(gai)(gai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)骨干員工(gong)持(chi)股,推(tui)動(dong)混改(gai)(gai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)轉換經營機制(zhi)(zhi)。五是(shi)健(jian)全(quan)(quan)靈活高效(xiao)的(de)(de)市場(chang)化(hua)經營機制(zhi)(zhi),持(chi)續深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)經理(li)(li)(li)層任(ren)(ren)期(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)契約(yue)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)改(gai)(gai)革(ge),加大推(tui)行(xing)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)經理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),完(wan)(wan)善市場(chang)化(hua)選聘與人(ren)員流動(dong)機制(zhi)(zhi),加強(qiang)高素(su)質專業(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)人(ren)才(cai)隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)創新激勵約(yue)束(shu)機制(zhi)(zhi)。六是(shi)抓好“雙百改(gai)(gai)革(ge)”專項(xiang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),緊盯尚未完(wan)(wan)成的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),持(chi)續深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)“雙百行(xing)動(dong)”改(gai)(gai)革(ge),打造(zao)融桂特色亮點;開展(zhan)對標(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)提升(sheng)行(xing)動(dong),提升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能力(li)(li)現(xian)代化(hua)。七(qi)是(shi)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)更加健(jian)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)大監督體系,加強(qiang)對混改(gai)(gai)全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)(cheng)監督。
