經過(guo)62個(ge)月,1800多個(ge)日日夜(ye)夜(ye)的艱苦(ku)奮戰,4月20日14時30分(fen),在巨大(da)的爆破聲和震耳欲聾(long)的歡呼聲中,楚(chu)大(da)高速公路改擴建工(gong)程勘察(cha)試驗(yan)段九頂山特(te)長隧道順(shun)利貫通。
九(jiu)(jiu)頂山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao)是(shi)新建(jian)楚雄至大理高速公路上的(de)(de)重點控制性工(gong)程,左幅(fu)全長(chang)7560米,右幅(fu)全長(chang)7597米,雙向(xiang)6車道(dao),最大開挖斷面22.34米。九(jiu)(jiu)頂山(shan)地形條件特(te)別復雜,又地處(chu)祥云縣(xian)水(shui)源林保護區和金礦礦產(chan)采空區,隧(sui)道(dao)貫穿(chuan)11個斷層破碎帶,沿線各(ge)種不良地質(zhi)體分布廣泛,部分段(duan)落(luo)與暗河(he)相連(lian),建(jian)設(she)條件之(zhi)“艱(jian)、難(nan)、險(xian)”堪(kan)稱云南省山(shan)區公路隧(sui)道(dao)之(zhi)最,特(te)別是(shi)巖溶發育導致的(de)(de)突水(shui)突泥風險(xian)程度、規模(mo)和工(gong)程處(chu)理難(nan)度較大。工(gong)程極為艱(jian)巨、施工(gong)風險(xian)極大、環(huan)保壓力十分突出。
針對(dui)這一(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)困難,云(yun)南(nan)交投集(ji)團(tuan)公路建設有限公司楚大四標項目部累計(ji)投入施(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員1200人(ren),施(shi)工(gong)機(ji)械設備200余臺,對(dui)各項工(gong)作(zuo)、各道(dao)工(gong)序精(jing)心組(zu)織、合(he)理安排(pai)、科學(xue)施(shi)工(gong)。參(can)建單位與相關(guan)高校、科研(yan)(yan)院所(suo)聯合(he)開展(zhan)科研(yan)(yan)課題攻關(guan),依托超(chao)前水(shui)平(ping)地質鉆機(ji)、三維地質監測等先(xian)進設備、技術(shu)和工(gong)藝,根據(ju)圍巖變(bian)化(hua)情況及時開展(zhan)動態設計(ji),加強過程管控。開展(zhan)省(sheng)部級(ji)科研(yan)(yan)課題1項,取得國家級(ji)和省(sheng)部級(ji)工(gong)法各1項。建設過程中(zhong)積累的(de)隧(sui)道(dao)巖溶水(shui)“釋(shi)能降壓”、“防(fang)突、注漿止水(shui)”、“T型”門架系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、吊頂(ding)錨桿系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、力學(xue)體系(xi)(xi)(xi)轉化(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、電力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、反坡排(pai)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、通風系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等成果可(ke)為類似隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)提供(gong)參(can)考。
國(guo)家(jia)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路網G56楚(chu)(chu)雄(廣(guang)通(tong))至大(da)(da)理(li)(li)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路擴容工(gong)程是國(guo)家(jia)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路網G56杭州(zhou)—瑞麗高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路滇境(jing)中的(de)(de)(de)重要路段,為(wei)滇西(xi)、滇西(xi)北及滇西(xi)南(nan)的(de)(de)(de)主要經濟(ji)干線(xian)(xian),是云(yun)南(nan)省高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路網中“七出(chu)省、五出(chu)境(jing)”公(gong)(gong)路主通(tong)道中連(lian)接(jie)東南(nan)亞、南(nan)亞國(guo)家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)際大(da)(da)通(tong)道。項目(mu)起于楚(chu)(chu)雄州(zhou)祿豐(feng)縣廣(guang)通(tong)鎮以北,接(jie)在建的(de)(de)(de)昆明至楚(chu)(chu)雄高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路項目(mu),途經祿豐(feng)縣、牟定縣、姚安縣、祥云(yun)縣、大(da)(da)理(li)(li)市(shi)5個(ge)縣市(shi),止(zhi)于大(da)(da)理(li)(li)市(shi)江風(feng)寺,接(jie)原楚(chu)(chu)大(da)(da)高速(su)(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路,項目(mu)路線(xian)(xian)全長(chang)200.5公(gong)(gong)里,批復概算總(zong)投資(zi)為(wei)429.05億元,是云(yun)南(nan)省會昆明市(shi)通(tong)往滇西(xi)方向的(de)(de)(de)交通(tong)大(da)(da)動脈,輻射半個(ge)云(yun)南(nan)(8個(ge)地、州(zhou)),惠(hui)及2200多(duo)萬人口(kou)。
項目的(de)(de)建(jian)設是適應日益增(zeng)長的(de)(de)交通量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)和(he)(he)改善(shan)行車(che)條件、提(ti)高運輸效益的(de)(de)需(xu)要,提(ti)高道路等級和(he)(he)服務水平的(de)(de)需(xu)要,通車(che)后將從根本上(shang)解決老楚大高速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路目前(qian)車(che)流(liu)量(liang)飽和(he)(he)的(de)(de)問(wen)題。為完善(shan)國(guo)家(jia)高速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路網布局,提(ti)高云南省干線公(gong)(gong)(gong)路網主骨架技術等級結構(gou),有(you)效發(fa)(fa)揮高速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路在綜合運輸系統中(zhong)的(de)(de)功能和(he)(he)作用的(de)(de)需(xu)要,落實“一帶一路”“面(mian)向(xiang)南亞東南亞輻(fu)射中(zhong)心”等部署,實施(shi)“西部大開發(fa)(fa)”戰略,促進區域經(jing)濟合作,構(gou)建(jian)大理滇西城市群(qun)建(jian)設發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)需(xu)要滇西城市群(qun)建(jian)設發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),加(jia)快區域社會經(jing)濟發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)提(ti)供積極力量(liang)。
