經過62個(ge)月,1800多個(ge)日(ri)日(ri)夜夜的(de)艱苦奮戰(zhan),4月20日(ri)14時30分,在巨(ju)大的(de)爆破聲(sheng)和震(zhen)耳欲(yu)聾的(de)歡(huan)呼(hu)聲(sheng)中,楚大高(gao)速公(gong)路改擴建工程勘察(cha)試驗(yan)段九頂(ding)山特(te)長隧道順(shun)利貫(guan)通(tong)。
九頂(ding)山(shan)隧道(dao)是(shi)新建(jian)楚(chu)雄至(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)理高速公路上的(de)重點控(kong)制性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),左幅(fu)全(quan)長7560米(mi)(mi),右(you)幅(fu)全(quan)長7597米(mi)(mi),雙向(xiang)6車道(dao),最大(da)(da)(da)開(kai)挖斷面22.34米(mi)(mi)。九頂(ding)山(shan)地形(xing)條(tiao)件(jian)特別復雜,又地處祥云(yun)(yun)縣水源林(lin)保護區(qu)和(he)金礦礦產采空區(qu),隧道(dao)貫穿11個斷層(ceng)破碎帶,沿線各種(zhong)不良(liang)地質體(ti)分(fen)布廣泛,部分(fen)段落與暗河(he)相連,建(jian)設條(tiao)件(jian)之(zhi)“艱(jian)、難、險(xian)”堪稱(cheng)云(yun)(yun)南(nan)省山(shan)區(qu)公路隧道(dao)之(zhi)最,特別是(shi)巖(yan)溶發(fa)育導致(zhi)的(de)突水突泥(ni)風險(xian)程(cheng)度(du)、規模和(he)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)處理難度(du)較大(da)(da)(da)。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)極為艱(jian)巨、施工(gong)(gong)風險(xian)極大(da)(da)(da)、環保壓力十分(fen)突出。
針對這一系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)困(kun)難,云南交投集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)路建設有限公(gong)(gong)司楚大四(si)標(biao)項(xiang)目部累(lei)計(ji)投入(ru)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員1200人,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)機械設備200余臺(tai),對各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作、各道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序精心(xin)組織、合(he)理安排(pai)、科(ke)學施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。參建單(dan)位與相關(guan)高校、科(ke)研(yan)院(yuan)所聯合(he)開(kai)展科(ke)研(yan)課題攻關(guan),依托(tuo)超前水平地質鉆機、三維地質監測等先(xian)進設備、技(ji)術和工(gong)(gong)藝,根據圍(wei)巖變化(hua)情況(kuang)及時開(kai)展動態設計(ji),加強過程(cheng)管控(kong)。開(kai)展省(sheng)部級科(ke)研(yan)課題1項(xiang),取得(de)國家級和省(sheng)部級工(gong)(gong)法各1項(xiang)。建設過程(cheng)中積累(lei)的(de)隧(sui)道(dao)巖溶水“釋能降壓”、“防(fang)突、注(zhu)漿(jiang)止(zhi)水”、“T型”門架系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、吊(diao)頂錨桿系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、力學體系(xi)(xi)(xi)轉化(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、電力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、反(fan)坡排(pai)水系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、通風系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)等成(cheng)果可為類似隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)提供參考。
國家高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路網G56楚雄(xiong)(xiong)(廣通(tong)(tong))至(zhi)大理(li)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路擴(kuo)容工程是國家高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路網G56杭州(zhou)—瑞麗高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路滇(dian)境(jing)中(zhong)的重要(yao)路段,為滇(dian)西、滇(dian)西北及(ji)滇(dian)西南的主(zhu)要(yao)經濟干線(xian),是云(yun)南省高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路網中(zhong)“七(qi)出省、五(wu)出境(jing)”公(gong)路主(zhu)通(tong)(tong)道中(zhong)連接(jie)東南亞(ya)、南亞(ya)國家的國際大通(tong)(tong)道。項(xiang)目起于(yu)(yu)楚雄(xiong)(xiong)州(zhou)祿豐縣(xian)(xian)(xian)廣通(tong)(tong)鎮以北,接(jie)在建的昆明至(zhi)楚雄(xiong)(xiong)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路項(xiang)目,途經祿豐縣(xian)(xian)(xian)、牟定縣(xian)(xian)(xian)、姚(yao)安縣(xian)(xian)(xian)、祥(xiang)云(yun)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)、大理(li)市5個(ge)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)市,止(zhi)于(yu)(yu)大理(li)市江風寺,接(jie)原楚大高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路,項(xiang)目路線(xian)全長200.5公(gong)里,批(pi)復(fu)概算總投資為429.05億(yi)元,是云(yun)南省會昆明市通(tong)(tong)往滇(dian)西方向(xiang)的交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大動脈,輻射半(ban)個(ge)云(yun)南(8個(ge)地、州(zhou)),惠及(ji)2200多萬人(ren)口。
項目的(de)建(jian)(jian)設是適應日益增長的(de)交(jiao)通量(liang)發展(zhan)(zhan)和改善行(xing)車(che)條件、提高(gao)(gao)運(yun)輸效益的(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao),提高(gao)(gao)道(dao)路等(deng)(deng)級(ji)和服務水平(ping)的(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao),通車(che)后將從(cong)根(gen)本上解決老楚大高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路目前車(che)流(liu)量(liang)飽和的(de)問題。為完善國家高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路網布(bu)局,提高(gao)(gao)云南省干線公(gong)路網主骨(gu)架技(ji)術等(deng)(deng)級(ji)結構,有效發揮高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路在綜合運(yun)輸系統中的(de)功能和作用(yong)的(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao),落實“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”“面向南亞東(dong)南亞輻(fu)射(she)中心”等(deng)(deng)部(bu)署,實施(shi)“西部(bu)大開發”戰略(lve),促進區(qu)域(yu)經濟合作,構建(jian)(jian)大理滇西城(cheng)市群建(jian)(jian)設發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)滇西城(cheng)市群建(jian)(jian)設發展(zhan)(zhan),加快區(qu)域(yu)社會經濟發展(zhan)(zhan)提供(gong)積極力量(liang)。
