日前,福建國資委(wei)(wei)(wei)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)下(xia)發《關(guan)于認真貫徹落實(shi)(shi)(shi)第二批教(jiao)(jiao)育實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)有關(guan)文件精神的通(tong)知》,要(yao)(yao)(yao)求企業(ye)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提高對深入開展黨(dang)的群眾(zhong)路線(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)育實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)意義的認識,切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)把思想和(he)行動(dong)統一(yi)到省委(wei)(wei)(wei)的要(yao)(yao)(yao)求和(he)部(bu)署上來,并結合企業(ye)的實(shi)(shi)(shi)際,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步細化活(huo)動(dong)方案,按(an)照要(yao)(yao)(yao)求認真抓好各(ge)項(xiang)工作任務的落實(shi)(shi)(shi),確保教(jiao)(jiao)育實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)有序(xu)推進(jin)(jin)。
福建(jian)國(guo)資(zi)委黨(dang)委要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)各(ge)級黨(dang)組織要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)認(ren)真貫徹落(luo)實(shi)(shi)“四下基層(ceng)”工(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)班子(zi)成(cheng)員要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)(an)排更多時間在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經營一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)辦公(gong),檢查(cha)指導,推動(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)。堅(jian)持(chi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經營在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)指導,深厚感情在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)融合,科(ke)學(xue)(xue)決(jue)策在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)形成(cheng),突出(chu)問題在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)解(jie)決(jue),優秀干(gan)(gan)部(bu)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)選拔(ba)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)完善企(qi)(qi)業(ye)領(ling)導人員聯系點制度,針對企(qi)(qi)業(ye)改(gai)革(ge)重(zhong)組、轉型升(sheng)級、提升(sheng)管理(li)過程中出(chu)現(xian)的(de)新問題、新課題等,深入(ru)開展調查(cha)研究,廣泛(fan)聽取意見,促進(jin)決(jue)策科(ke)學(xue)(xue)化(hua)、民主(zhu)化(hua)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)積(ji)極主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)協(xie)調企(qi)(qi)業(ye)及(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)反映(ying)強(qiang)烈的(de)熱點、難(nan)點問題,注重(zhong)釋疑解(jie)惑、整(zheng)改(gai)糾錯,幫助基層(ceng)排查(cha)化(hua)解(jie)改(gai)革(ge)改(gai)制、重(zhong)組整(zheng)合、安(an)(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)等方面(mian)存在(zai)的(de)困難(nan),維護企(qi)(qi)業(ye)穩(wen)定發展大(da)局。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)提倡換位思(si)考,為(wei)基層(ceng)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)多辦實(shi)(shi)事好事,用坦誠獲取信任;堅(jian)持(chi)領(ling)導班子(zi)成(cheng)員示范帶(dai)動(dong)(dong),帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)廣大(da)黨(dang)員干(gan)(gan)部(bu)開展以幫扶生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)、幫扶生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)困難(nan)黨(dang)員、幫扶薄弱基層(ceng)黨(dang)組織為(wei)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)內(nei)容的(de)“三幫扶”活(huo)動(dong)(dong),密(mi)切干(gan)(gan)群關系,增進(jin)干(gan)(gan)群感情。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把干(gan)(gan)部(bu)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)情況(kuang)納(na)入(ru)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)年(nian)度和經常(chang)性(xing)考核(he)內(nei)容,始終(zhong)以職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)的(de)滿意度作(zuo)為(wei)考核(he)評價的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)尺度,促進(jin)廣大(da)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)在(zai)實(shi)(shi)踐中增長才干(gan)(gan),提升(sheng)素質,切實(shi)(shi)推動(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)。
福(fu)建國資委(wei)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)還就企業主要(yao)負責人認(ren)真履行(xing)第一責任(ren)人責任(ren)、開展(zhan)企業基層黨(dang)(dang)組織書記(ji)專(zhuan)題(ti)培訓、整頓轉化(hua)軟(ruan)弱(ruo)渙散基層黨(dang)(dang)組織、推動企業改革攻堅等提(ti)出具體(ti)要(yao)求,著力解決企業領(ling)導班子及黨(dang)(dang)員干部在“四風”、企業改革發(fa)展(zhan)以(yi)及涉(she)及職(zhi)工(gong)群眾利(li)益等方面的突出問題(ti),努力以(yi)推動企業改革發(fa)展(zhan)的實際(ji)成效(xiao)檢(jian)驗活動成果。
