近(jin)年來(lai),鎮江國資委圍繞建立(li)健全服(fu)務(wu)企業用工(gong)工(gong)作長效機制,突出采(cai)取七個(ge)方(fang)面工(gong)作措施,取得了明顯成效。
一是(shi)(shi)(shi)建立(li)各(ge)類(lei)資源(yuan)臺帳,加強用工(gong)(gong)(gong)動態(tai)監測,打(da)牢用工(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務(wu)基(ji)礎;二是(shi)(shi)(shi)建立(li)特殊需求(qiu)應(ying)急(ji)機(ji)制(zhi),對(dui)市(shi)屬重點企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、新上項目產生崗位缺口的,第一時間(jian)協(xie)助企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)開(kai)展招錄(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作;三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)建立(li)校企(qi)聯盟,全面(mian)(mian)實施(shi)訂單、定(ding)(ding)向培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),促進職業(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)與(yu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)有效(xiao)對(dui)接;四是(shi)(shi)(shi)規(gui)范企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)行為,加強企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)指(zhi)導,努力擴大合同簽訂率(lv)和各(ge)項保(bao)險的參保(bao)面(mian)(mian);五(wu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)強化(hua)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),形成多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)方式并舉、多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)模式共存的培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)格(ge)局;六(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)豐富(fu)(fu)招工(gong)(gong)(gong)形式,定(ding)(ding)期舉辦各(ge)類(lei)特定(ding)(ding)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)(zhong)或服(fu)務(wu)對(dui)象的專(zhuan)場招聘(pin)活動,更(geng)富(fu)(fu)成效(xiao)地滿足企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu);七(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)建立(li)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)發(fa)布(bu)機(ji)制(zhi),利用大眾(zhong)傳(chuan)媒、網站平臺、手(shou)機(ji)短信(xin)等(deng)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)渠道(dao)定(ding)(ding)期滾動發(fa)布(bu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)需求(qiu)信(xin)息。
