8月19日,廈門(men)(men)(men)國(guo)資(zi)委在(zai)廈門(men)(men)(men)順(shun)承公(gong)(gong)司召開會議,廈門(men)(men)(men)順(shun)承公(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)建制劃轉廈門(men)(men)(men)國(guo)貿控(kong)股公(gong)(gong)司。順(shun)承公(gong)(gong)司在(zai)資(zi)產(chan)重(zhong)組過(guo)渡期要保持“三(san)(san)不變(bian)”,即企業(ye)名稱、組織架構和領導班(ban)子(zi)不變(bian);國(guo)有企業(ye)性質(zhi)、企業(ye)職能和職工勞動合同關系不變(bian);2013年度對順(shun)承公(gong)(gong)司的績(ji)效考核、業(ye)績(ji)目標(biao)和薪酬(chou)標(biao)準不變(bian)。同時要有“三(san)(san)改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)”,即出資(zi)人改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian),“三(san)(san)重(zhong)一大(da)”決策審批權限(xian)改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian),國(guo)資(zi)監管(guan)層(ceng)級改(gai)(gai)(gai)變(bian)。
