為推動(dong)福州(zhou)國(guo)資(zi)系統人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)深入開展,為福州(zhou)市國(guo)資(zi)國(guo)企科學發展新跨(kua)越提(ti)(ti)供(gong)智力支撐和(he)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才保障,福州(zhou)市國(guo)資(zi)委(wei)(wei)一是于近(jin)日成立了以黨委(wei)(wei)書記連國(guo)平任(ren)組(zu)長、委(wei)(wei)有(you)(you)關領導(dao)(dao)及所(suo)(suo)出(chu)資(zi)企業董事長、黨委(wei)(wei)書記為成員的(de)黨委(wei)(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)。領導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)將(jiang)每年(nian)(nian)定期(qi)聽(ting)取各企業人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)匯報,并(bing)把(ba)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)納入所(suo)(suo)出(chu)資(zi)企業第(di)三(san)(san)任(ren)期(qi)考(kao)核(he)評(ping)價范圍。二是把(ba)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)擺在(zai)推動(dong)企業跨(kua)越發展的(de)突出(chu)位置(zhi),認真(zhen)貫徹中央和(he)省、市人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)精神(shen),黨委(wei)(wei)定期(qi)專(zhuan)題聽(ting)取系統人(ren)(ren)(ren)才工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情況匯報。三(san)(san)是近(jin)段,完成了對所(suo)(suo)出(chu)資(zi)企業經營(ying)管理、專(zhuan)業技術和(he)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才情況的(de)摸(mo)底調研(yan),制定了所(suo)(suo)出(chu)資(zi)企業2013—2015年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才發展規(gui)劃(hua)。明確在(zai)未來三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian),將(jiang)以培養(yang)復合型、緊缺人(ren)(ren)(ren)才為突破(po)口,深入實(shi)施人(ren)(ren)(ren)才強企戰略,通過進一步(bu)創新人(ren)(ren)(ren)才引進、評(ping)價、使用(yong)、培養(yang)、保障服(fu)務機(ji)制,爭取到2015年(nian)(nian)末,所(suo)(suo)出(chu)資(zi)企業三(san)(san)支人(ren)(ren)(ren)才隊伍總量增長、素質提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)、結構(gou)(gou)改善,涌現一批引領國(guo)有(you)(you)企業創造百億產值的(de)優(you)秀企業家(jia),在(zai)推動(dong)福州(zhou)市國(guo)企人(ren)(ren)(ren)才在(zai)實(shi)施閩都人(ren)(ren)(ren)才聚集工(gong)(gong)程、構(gou)(gou)建福州(zhou)大都市區人(ren)(ren)(ren)才高(gao)地中發揮(hui)積極作(zuo)用(yong)。
