常州市國資委認真學習貫徹市人才工作領導小組(擴大)會議精神,深刻認識到在轉型發展的關鍵時期,要更加注重知識、技術,要構筑人才的戰略優勢,以人才引領發展,以人才趕超推動企業做強做大。
一是(shi)把加(jia)強(qiang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍建設作為強(qiang)企(qi)(qi)之(zhi)基、競爭之(zhi)本、轉型之(zhi)要,使人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)成(cheng)(cheng)為企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)最(zui)重要的(de)品牌(pai),人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)優勢(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)為企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)最(zui)突(tu)(tu)出的(de)優勢(shi)。常州市國資委要求各企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要搶(qiang)抓(zhua)發展機(ji)遇,更加(jia)重視(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,尤其(qi)是(shi)重視(shi)領(ling)軍(jun)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)、高新企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)、新興產業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)培養,始(shi)終堅持人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)優先發展戰略,加(jia)快建設一支結構(gou)優、素質強(qiang)的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍。二是(shi)突(tu)(tu)出重點攻(gong)堅,深入推進人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,提升人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)載體建設水平,進一步(bu)創(chuang)新機(ji)制政策,把真正有用(yong)的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)引到企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。三是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)組織領(ling)導,加(jia)大人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)投入,像抓(zhua)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生產一樣抓(zhua)招才(cai)(cai)(cai)引智。要求企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要積(ji)極營造“鼓勵成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)、寬容失敗”的(de)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生態,促使人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)在(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)放手干事、全(quan)心創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye),在(zai)營造良(liang)好的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)氛圍上下工(gong)(gong)(gong)夫(fu)。
