漳(zhang)州市(shi)國資(zi)(zi)委在總結(jie)上年度(du)業(ye)績(ji)(ji)考(kao)核工(gong)作(zuo)基礎上,繼續完(wan)善國有企(qi)(qi)業(ye)經(jing)(jing)營業(ye)績(ji)(ji)考(kao)核指(zhi)標體(ti)系(xi),結(jie)合工(gong)作(zuo)實際(ji),修(xiu)(xiu)訂完(wan)善了《漳(zhang)州市(shi)國資(zi)(zi)委所出資(zi)(zi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)負責人經(jing)(jing)營業(ye)績(ji)(ji)考(kao)核與薪酬管理暫行辦(ban)法》,修(xiu)(xiu)訂后的《考(kao)核辦(ban)法》進一(yi)步完(wan)善了企(qi)(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)正常增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長機(ji)制,將職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長幅度(du)列入經(jing)(jing)營業(ye)績(ji)(ji)考(kao)核范(fan)疇,體(ti)現(xian)與企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、效益、物價指(zhi)數的同(tong)步增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長。
