為應對國際金融(rong)危機帶來的嚴(yan)峻挑戰,近來河(he)北大型國有企業領導帶頭減(jian)薪(xin),工(gong)(gong)資(zi)減(jian)幅普(pu)遍超過20%。而普(pu)通職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)減(jian)薪(xin)很少或不減(jian)薪(xin),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊伍穩定。
前(qian)(qian)不久,河北省國資委(wei)下(xia)發指導意見(jian),要(yao)求國有企(qi)業在金融危機面前(qian)(qian),領導層帶(dai)頭(tou)降低薪酬(chou)(chou),以實際行動帶(dai)領職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)共渡(du)難(nan)關(guan)。各大型(xing)國企(qi)結合(he)各自實際,逐一提(ti)出了控制人(ren)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本、做好分配工(gong)(gong)作的目標和(he)措(cuo)施。從今年1月份起(qi),河北大型(xing)國企(qi)負責人(ren)預(yu)付工(gong)(gong)資減發都達(da)到或超過20%。這其(qi)中,河北鋼鐵集團(tuan)月度薪酬(chou)(chou)預(yu)支降低幅度達(da)到50%。
