為貫徹實(shi)施(shi)(shi)新修訂的《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)法》和《勞(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)暫(zan)行(xing)(xing)規(gui)定(ding)》(人社部(bu)第22號令),規(gui)范(fan)(fan)出資監管(guan)企(qi)業(ye)勞(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)為,努力構建和諧勞(lao)動(dong)關系(xi)。近日內(nei)(nei)蒙古國資委下發了(le)《關于(yu)規(gui)范(fan)(fan)出資監管(guan)企(qi)業(ye)勞(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理有關事項的通知》(內(nei)(nei)國資分配字﹝2014﹞179號)。《通知》要(yao)求各企(qi)業(ye)要(yao)抓好《暫(zan)行(xing)(xing)規(gui)定(ding)》的組織實(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),要(yao)加強組織領導,穩妥推進勞(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),加強新聞宣傳和學習(xi)培訓(xun),制(zhi)定(ding)詳細可行(xing)(xing)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)案(an),促進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有效開展。要(yao)認真梳理現狀,借助崗(gang)位(wei)管(guan)理體(ti)系(xi),明(ming)確崗(gang)位(wei)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)范(fan)(fan)圍,清理不規(gui)范(fan)(fan)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),嚴格限制(zhi)勞(lao)務派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)比例,在《暫(zan)行(xing)(xing)規(gui)定(ding)》正(zheng)式實(shi)施(shi)(shi)兩周年內(nei)(nei)達到(dao)規(gui)范(fan)(fan)比例要(yao)求。要(yao)建立同(tong)意(yi)規(gui)范(fan)(fan)的內(nei)(nei)部(bu)薪(xin)酬分配體(ti)系(xi),落(luo)實(shi)同(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)酬。
