為進一步促進機關工作人員轉變工作作風(feng),提高服務能力和(he)服務水(shui)平,濰(wei)坊(fang)國(guo)資委(wei)印發實(shi)施《濰(wei)坊(fang)市國(guo)資委(wei)科室(單(dan)位(wei))群眾滿意度測評實(shi)施辦(ban)法》,將群眾滿意度作為機關工作人員績效考核的重要內容。
《測(ce)評辦(ban)法(fa)(fa)》面向各市管企(qi)業實施,由各企(qi)業對(dui)機關(guan)內部科室進行(xing)(xing)無(wu)記名排序。測(ce)評內容主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)包括五個方(fang)面:一是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)風,主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)存(cun)在作(zuo)(zuo)風飄浮(fu)、敷衍塞責,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)懶(lan)散、干(gan)勁不(bu)足,管理(li)不(bu)嚴(yan)(yan)、執行(xing)(xing)不(bu)力等(deng)問(wen)(wen)題;二是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)效(xiao)(xiao)率,主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)存(cun)在辦(ban)事效(xiao)(xiao)率底(di)下,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)程序不(bu)嚴(yan)(yan),未嚴(yan)(yan)格執行(xing)(xing)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)承諾制、首問(wen)(wen)責任制、一次性(xing)告知(zhi)制和(he)(he)限(xian)時(shi)辦(ban)結制等(deng)問(wen)(wen)題;三(san)是(shi)(shi)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)水(shui)平(ping),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)主(zhu)(zhu)動改進工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)式方(fang)法(fa)(fa)、提高(gao)業務(wu)(wu)能力和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平(ping),是(shi)(shi)否(fou)熱情服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、想方(fang)設(she)法(fa)(fa)為服(fu)務(wu)(wu)對(dui)象排憂解難;四是(shi)(shi)廉潔自律,主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)嚴(yan)(yan)格遵守廉潔從政(zheng)有(you)關(guan)規定,有(you)無(wu)吃、拿、卡、要(yao)(yao)及違(wei)法(fa)(fa)違(wei)規等(deng)問(wen)(wen)題;五是(shi)(shi)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)規范行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)行(xing)(xing)為、認真履行(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)職責,有(you)無(wu)有(you)法(fa)(fa)不(bu)依(yi)、徇(xun)私枉法(fa)(fa)等(deng)問(wen)(wen)題。
通過實施群(qun)眾滿意度測評,機關(guan)工作人(ren)員的群(qun)眾觀點更(geng)加牢固,工作效率和服務水平(ping)進(jin)一步提高,對(dui)促(cu)進(jin)國資監管工作再上新水平(ping)將起(qi)到積極(ji)作用。
