日前,廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)深化國有企(qi)業(ye)(ye)負責(ze)人薪酬制(zhi)度改(gai)革工作領導小(xiao)組(zu)在廣(guang)東(dong)大廈(sha)召開省(sheng)(sheng)屬企(qi)業(ye)(ye)貫徹落(luo)實薪酬制(zhi)度改(gai)革工作座(zuo)談會,受廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)委常委、常務副省(sheng)(sheng)長,廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)深化國有企(qi)業(ye)(ye)負責(ze)人薪酬制(zhi)度改(gai)革工作領導小(xiao)組(zu)組(zu)長徐(xu)少(shao)華(hua)委托,廣(guang)東(dong)國資委主(zhu)任呂業(ye)(ye)升組(zu)織召開會議。
會上,廣東(dong)(dong)國資委副主任王奇對中央(yang)和廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)國有企業(ye)負責人薪酬制度改(gai)革工作(zuo)(zuo)進展(zhan)情況、廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)《關(guan)于深化省(sheng)(sheng)屬企業(ye)負責人薪酬制度改(gai)革的實施方(fang)案(an)(an)》起(qi)草、審批情況和方(fang)案(an)(an)具(ju)體內容等進行了說明,部分(fen)(fen)省(sheng)(sheng)屬企業(ye)進行了專(zhuan)題發言。廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)財政廳、廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)人社廳相關(guan)領(ling)導分(fen)(fen)別就(jiu)做好下一步有關(guan)工作(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)出了要求。
呂業(ye)升就貫徹落(luo)實(shi)(shi)廣東省(sheng)《關(guan)(guan)于深(shen)化省(sheng)屬(shu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)制度(du)(du)(du)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)的實(shi)(shi)施方案》進行了全面部(bu)署。他指出,薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)制度(du)(du)(du)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)是改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)作重點任務,是國企(qi)(qi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)的重要(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)分,率(lv)先落(luo)實(shi)(shi)薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)制度(du)(du)(du)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)是省(sheng)屬(shu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的職責(ze)(ze)所(suo)在,省(sheng)屬(shu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)制度(du)(du)(du)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)作必須與(yu)中(zhong)央和廣東省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府要(yao)(yao)求保持(chi)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)一致,必須準確把握并嚴(yan)格執行《關(guan)(guan)于深(shen)化省(sheng)屬(shu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)制度(du)(du)(du)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)的實(shi)(shi)施方案》,積極做好完善薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)形成(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)制、合(he)理確定(ding)薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)水平(ping)、健全薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)監督機(ji)制等(deng)具體工(gong)(gong)作,分類、分級、分層、分布(bu)推進各項改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge),通過改(gai)(gai)(gai)革(ge)(ge)形成(cheng)(cheng)既(ji)有激勵(li)、又(you)有約(yue)束,既(ji)講(jiang)效(xiao)率(lv)、又(you)講(jiang)公平(ping),既(ji)符(fu)合(he)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)一般規(gui)律(lv)、又(you)體現省(sheng)屬(shu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)特(te)質的分配(pei)(pei)機(ji)制,實(shi)(shi)現薪(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)水平(ping)適(shi)當、結(jie)構合(he)理、管理規(gui)范、監督有效(xiao),形成(cheng)(cheng)合(he)理有序(xu)的收(shou)入分配(pei)(pei)格局。
廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)發改委、財(cai)政(zheng)廳、人社廳,廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)文資辦,廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)供銷(xiao)社的分管領(ling)導以及(ji)廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)屬企業的主要領(ling)導、相(xiang)關部(bu)門(men)負責(ze)人參加了會(hui)議。
