日前,貴州國資委召開監管企業“十三五”專業技術人才發展規劃專題調研座談會,省人社廳調研組與參會企業進行了溝通交流。此次座談會主要是調研貴州國資委(wei)監管企業(ye)專業(ye)技術人才(cai)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設情(qing)況及對全省“十三五”專業(ye)技術人才(cai)發展規劃(hua)(hua)的構想及政策建(jian)議等(deng),為規劃(hua)(hua)編制工(gong)作奠定基礎。
會上(shang),領(ling)管(guan)(guan)處(chu)向調研工作組介紹了(le)貴州(zhou)國資委(wei)監管(guan)(guan)企(qi)業專業技(ji)術人才工作開展總(zong)體情況(kuang),各參會企(qi)業人力資源部門負責(ze)人圍繞人才工作開展情況(kuang)、主(zhu)要(yao)做法、成功經(jing)驗、下步打算等作了(le)交流匯(hui)報。
近年來,貴州國資委及監管企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)度重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作,深(shen)刻認識到(dao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作對(dui)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)大意(yi)義,同(tong)時(shi)也充分(fen)認識到(dao)做(zuo)好新形勢下(xia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要性和緊迫性。“十(shi)二五”期(qi)間(jian),監管企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)正處于加快轉變經濟發(fa)展方式、深(shen)化(hua)(hua)產(chan)權(quan)制度改革的(de)(de)(de)關鍵時(shi)期(qi),國資委及各(ge)監管企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)科學謀(mou)劃、深(shen)化(hua)(hua)改革、重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)突破、整體推進,通過(guo)加大人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)激勵(li)機制、推進人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)引進工(gong)(gong)作、創新人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養方式,培養、集聚、使用、服務好各(ge)類人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai),為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)健康持續發(fa)展提(ti)供(gong)了(le)智力(li)支撐和人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)保(bao)證(zheng)。同(tong)時(shi),各(ge)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)還對(dui)“十(shi)三(san)五”期(qi)間(jian)全(quan)省人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)體制機制和政策創新、重(zhong)(zhong)大人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)程和人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)環境建(jian)設等方面提(ti)出了(le)意(yi)見(jian)建(jian)議。調研組(zu)表示,通過(guo)這次座(zuo)談會對(dui)國資委監管企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)調研,聽到(dao)了(le)許多建(jian)設性意(yi)見(jian)建(jian)議,將對(dui)編制全(quan)省“十(shi)三(san)五”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)發(fa)展規劃提(ti)供(gong)很好的(de)(de)(de)借鑒。
