近日,陜(shan)西省國資(zi)(zi)委(wei)召開增(zeng)品(pin)種提品(pin)質創(chuang)品(pin)牌(以(yi)下簡(jian)稱(cheng)“三品(pin)”)工(gong)作(zuo)推(tui)進會。陜(shan)西省國資(zi)(zi)委(wei)主任劉陽出(chu)席會議并講話,陜(shan)西省國資(zi)(zi)委(wei)提質增(zeng)效工(gong)作(zuo)領導小(xiao)組全體成員出(chu)席了會議。
會(hui)議全(quan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)總結了近年(nian)來陜西省屬企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)在“三(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”工作(zuo)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)取得的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成績和(he)存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不足,指出“三(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”建(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)堅持“三(san)去一降一補”供給側(ce)結構(gou)性改革,有(you)效應對(dui)經(jing)(jing)濟下行壓力,推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)級,打(da)贏提質(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)效攻堅戰,實(shi)現(xian)可持續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)手;是(shi)(shi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)當前發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)(xin)任務,利當前,惠長(chang)遠(yuan),意(yi)(yi)義重大。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求各企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞提質(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)效中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),大力弘(hong)揚“工匠精(jing)神(shen)”,從三(san)個方(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)著(zhu)力做深(shen)做實(shi)“三(san)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)”建(jian)設(she)(she)。一是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力提高(gao)(gao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)豐(feng)富度(du)(du)(du)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)適(shi)應和(he)引領消費(fei)升(sheng)級趨勢,深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)挖掘用戶需求,積(ji)極開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)個性化定(ding)制、柔(rou)性化生產(chan),豐(feng)富和(he)細(xi)化產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)種類;要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)站在產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)(duan),做價值(zhi)鏈(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)組織者,把技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)貫穿于企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)全(quan)過程;要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)提高(gao)(gao)創(chuang)意(yi)(yi)設(she)(she)計(ji)水平,精(jing)心(xin)(xin)做好產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)、外(wai)觀設(she)(she)計(ji)、產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)包裝、市場營(ying)銷等(deng)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)意(yi)(yi),積(ji)極推動(dong)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)低(di)端(duan)(duan)向中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)(duan)邁進。今年(nian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)確保新(xin)(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)產(chan)值(zhi)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)10%以(yi)上(shang)。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力提高(gao)(gao)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滿意(yi)(yi)度(du)(du)(du)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量,繼續深(shen)入(ru)(ru)推進精(jing)細(xi)化管(guan)(guan)理(li),積(ji)極開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)與國(guo)(guo)外(wai)同(tong)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)(duan)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量對(dui)標(biao),大力推進質(zhi)(zhi)量檢驗檢測,確保產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量零缺陷(xian),爭(zheng)取在創(chuang)建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)馳名商標(biao)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)名優產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)取得新(xin)(xin)突破;要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好服務質(zhi)(zhi)量,精(jing)心(xin)(xin)做好售(shou)后服務,恪守職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)道(dao)德,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)信(xin)用體系建(jian)設(she)(she)等(deng),樹立(li)國(guo)(guo)企(qi)(qi)(qi)良好形(xing)象(xiang);要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)投入(ru)(ru),省屬工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類監管(guan)(guan)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)研(yan)發(fa)(fa)投入(ru)(ru)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)達到1.5%以(yi)上(shang),力爭(zheng)超過1.8%。三(san)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)著(zhu)力提高(gao)(gao)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)美(mei)譽度(du)(du)(du)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)從技(ji)術、質(zhi)(zhi)量、服務、文化、傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)切入(ru)(ru),積(ji)極培育一批(pi)具有(you)廣泛影響(xiang)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自主品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai),推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)由(you)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)向品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)轉(zhuan)變(bian);要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)堅持精(jing)致(zhi)管(guan)(guan)理(li),品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)定(ding)位要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)準(zhun)、管(guan)(guan)理(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)細(xi)、營(ying)銷傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)渠道(dao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)廣、保護(hu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴;要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)(jia)快品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)整合,統一品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)形(xing)象(xiang),統一市場渠道(dao),統一市場管(guan)(guan)理(li),建(jian)立(li)集(ji)團(tuan)大品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai);要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)維護(hu),不斷增(zeng)強(qiang)客(ke)戶對(dui)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)(pai)(pai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)忠誠度(du)(du)(du)。
