【新年開新局 奮戰“開門紅”】甘肅電投集團啟動高質量發展“主引擎” 實現首季“開門紅”

  截(jie)至3月31日(ri),甘肅電投集團高(gao)(gao)標(biao)準、高(gao)(gao)質量實現(xian)了一季度“開門紅”,主(zhu)要(yao)生產(chan)經(jing)營指標(biao)實現(xian)兩(liang)位數增(zeng)長(chang),完(wan)成(cheng)發電量91億千瓦時,同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)17%;完(wan)成(cheng)工業總產(chan)值31.37億元(yuan),同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)11.75%;預計完(wan)成(cheng)供熱量1052萬吉焦,保(bao)(bao)供期累(lei)計外輸天然氣3100萬方;在能源保(bao)(bao)供、投資拉動等重點工作中,充(chong)分發揮了國有企業在經(jing)濟社(she)會發展中的頂(ding)梁(liang)柱和壓艙石(shi)作用。

  今年以來,甘肅電投集團深入(ru)學習(xi)貫徹黨的二十大精(jing)神和全(quan)國兩會精(jing)神,扎實開展(zhan)“三抓三促(cu)”行動(dong),以開局(ju)就(jiu)是決戰的必勝信(xin)心,啟動(dong)高質量發(fa)展(zhan)“主(zhu)引(yin)擎”,首季實現(xian)高標準“開門紅”。

  扛指標、促增長、保供應。甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)投集(ji)團堅(jian)(jian)持立說立行(xing)、跳起摸高,加(jia)(jia)強統籌(chou)調(diao)度,優(you)化經營(ying)策(ce)略,多(duo)(duo)拿(na)“外送量”,爭發“效益電(dian)(dian)(dian)”,拓展(zhan)“增(zeng)長點”,提(ti)(ti)升“利潤率”。召開生產(chan)經營(ying)專題調(diao)度會,加(jia)(jia)強電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)市場(chang)形(xing)勢研(yan)判,充分挖(wa)掘(jue)機(ji)組(zu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li),加(jia)(jia)強財(cai)務(wu)預(yu)算及生產(chan)經營(ying)計劃的剛性約束,挖(wa)掘(jue)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)耗潛力(li)(li),嚴控成本(ben)費用,確(que)保降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效。堅(jian)(jian)持“零非停”理(li)念,有序做好運行(xing)、檢修、維(wei)護等基礎工作(zuo),確(que)保設備(bei)安(an)全(quan)穩定運行(xing),夯(hang)實能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)供(gong)應安(an)全(quan)基礎。千方百(bai)計加(jia)(jia)大燃(ran)煤(mei)保供(gong)力(li)(li)度,克服(fu)煤(mei)價高企等不(bu)利因素,全(quan)面(mian)加(jia)(jia)強燃(ran)煤(mei)采購、接卸(xie)存儲和煤(mei)質(zhi)檢驗(yan)工作(zuo),保證(zheng)機(ji)組(zu)“口(kou)糧(liang)”供(gong)應充足。積極跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)交易市場(chang),持續加(jia)(jia)強與湖南、浙江(jiang)、西藏等省份聯系溝通,優(you)化電(dian)(dian)(dian)量結(jie)構,加(jia)(jia)大外送電(dian)(dian)(dian)量,有效提(ti)(ti)升綜合電(dian)(dian)(dian)價,形(xing)成多(duo)(duo)角度多(duo)(duo)層次(ci)推進能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)穩供(gong)增(zeng)產(chan)的強大合力(li)(li)。

  抓項目、擴投資、搶進度。甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)投(tou)(tou)(tou)集團(tuan)充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮(hui)新(xin)能源和數據信息產(chan)(chan)業(ye)“兩鏈”鏈主企(qi)業(ye)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),先后召開專題調(diao)度協調(diao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議,“逐個(ge)(ge)企(qi)業(ye)、逐個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、逐項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)指標”強(qiang)化調(diao)度協調(diao),確保(bao)(bao)年度重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)高(gao)質量(liang)“起跑(pao)”。搶抓國(guo)家擴(kuo)大(da)有效(xiao)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)的(de)“窗口期(qi)”,計劃新(xin)開工(gong)(gong)常(chang)樂電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)、張掖電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)各擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)2臺100萬千瓦(wa)(wa)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)等(deng)(deng)(deng)5個(ge)(ge)省列(lie)重(zhong)大(da)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),續(xu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)紫(zi)金云1.2期(qi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)6個(ge)(ge)重(zhong)點項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),總投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)約180億元,2023年計劃完(wan)成固定資(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)61億元。全(quan)力(li)(li)抓好(hao)新(xin)能源項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)爭取和建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),目(mu)(mu)前甘肅電(dian)(dian)(dian)投(tou)(tou)(tou)集團(tuan)在建(jian)(jian)(jian)4個(ge)(ge)新(xin)能源項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)共650兆瓦(wa)(wa),已全(quan)部(bu)完(wan)成風機(ji)(ji)吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、組(zu)(zu)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)等(deng)(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),力(li)(li)爭早日實(shi)現(xian)全(quan)容量(liang)并網(wang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)布局張掖、甘南等(deng)(deng)(deng)地抽水蓄能項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),積(ji)極(ji)協調(diao)爭取“沙戈荒”新(xin)能源大(da)基地開發(fa)(fa)(fa)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),以組(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)省屬企(qi)業(ye)聯合體方式帶動設(she)計施工(gong)(gong)、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)制造、運(yun)營(ying)檢修等(deng)(deng)(deng)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展。積(ji)極(ji)推動項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),抓住項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)施工(gong)(gong)“黃金季節”,督促(cu)總包單位及(ji)施工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍加(jia)大(da)現(xian)場施工(gong)(gong)人員組(zu)(zu)織力(li)(li)度,加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)施工(gong)(gong)進度;扎實(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)安全(quan)管理(li),運(yun)用(yong)獎(jiang)罰、追責(ze)、“黑名單”制等(deng)(deng)(deng)措施,提高(gao)設(she)備(bei)供應商及(ji)施工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)執行(xing)力(li)(li),確保(bao)(bao)各項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)按(an)預期(qi)節點完(wan)成。
