近日,由(you)上海城建(jian)旗下(xia)隧(sui)道股份(fen)設計研發的超(chao)大(da)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管機在(zai)鄭州(zhou)(zhou)緯四路下(xia)穿中(zhong)州(zhou)(zhou)大(da)道隧(sui)道接收井順利進(jin)洞,完成(cheng)我國(guo)自主知識產權超(chao)大(da)頂(ding)管裝(zhuang)備在(zai)中(zhong)原大(da)地(di)(di)的“處女航”。擔(dan)任此次隧(sui)道掘(jue)進(jin)任務(wu)的矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管掘(jue)進(jin)機“中(zhong)州(zhou)(zhou)一(yi)號(hao)(hao)”尺寸為世界(jie)之最(zui),外徑達7.5m×10.4 m。采用(yong)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管技術(shu)(shu)不需要進(jin)行(xing)大(da)面(mian)積的開挖作(zuo)業,大(da)幅度(du)減少施工(gong)(gong)占地(di)(di)面(mian)積,并且大(da)大(da)減小了隧(sui)道的埋深,提高淺層地(di)(di)下(xia)空間的利用(yong)率,節約(yue)35%以上的地(di)(di)下(xia)空間。因(yin)此,雖然(ran)鄭州(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)州(zhou)(zhou)大(da)道的地(di)(di)底正在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)世界(jie)上最(zui)大(da)、最(zui)長的矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)隧(sui)道工(gong)(gong)程,但地(di)(di)面(mian)上的交(jiao)通仍然(ran)暢通無阻。目前,上海城建(jian)正在(zai)加緊推進(jin)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管系統化技術(shu)(shu)研究,并考慮將(jiang)“中(zhong)州(zhou)(zhou)一(yi)號(hao)(hao)”改裝(zhuang)為矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)盾構(gou)。屆時,地(di)(di)下(xia)工(gong)(gong)程大(da)斷面(mian)非開挖技術(shu)(shu)將(jiang)登上一(yi)個(ge)新的臺階。
