針對在汕(shan)頭市第二過海(hai)(hai)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)續建工程、丹(dan)陽市黃崗(gang)取水(shui)(shui)工程和(he)上海(hai)(hai)青草(cao)沙水(shui)(shui)源地原水(shui)(shui)工程等測量(liang)中出現的通(tong)訊(xun)線(xian)(xian)(xian)數(shu)量(liang)繁多、布線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)維護工作量(liang)大(da)(da)、故(gu)障(zhang)排除(chu)困難等問題和(he)缺陷,上海(hai)(hai)建工基(ji)礎集團(tuan)自主研發了超(chao)長(chang)(chang)距(ju)(ju)離頂(ding)管(guan)自動(dong)測量(liang)系(xi)統(tong),將原系(xi)統(tong)的數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)遞方法由傳(chuan)統(tong)的多線(xian)(xian)(xian)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)改為單線(xian)(xian)(xian)連(lian)(lian)接(jie),通(tong)過給(gei)每臺(tai)全站儀配(pei)置一個帶有地址識別功能(neng)(neng)的雙向(xiang)轉換器(qi),使所(suo)有儀器(qi)都采用(yong)(yong)同(tong)一根通(tong)訊(xun)線(xian)(xian)(xian)與計算機連(lian)(lian)接(jie),各臺(tai)全站儀既能(neng)(neng)保(bao)持相互(hu)獨立(li),又(you)能(neng)(neng)協同(tong)工作。該(gai)項創新成果已經在上海(hai)(hai)白龍港一超(chao)長(chang)(chang)距(ju)(ju)離頂(ding)管(guan)施工中成功應(ying)用(yong)(yong)并(bing)申(shen)請專利。與傳(chuan)統(tong)的多線(xian)(xian)(xian)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)相比,單線(xian)(xian)(xian)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)不僅大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低了成本,節(jie)省(sheng)了時(shi)間,還提高了超(chao)長(chang)(chang)距(ju)(ju)離頂(ding)管(guan)自動(dong)測量(liang)系(xi)統(tong)的可靠性。
