針(zhen)對在汕頭市第(di)二過(guo)海水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)續(xu)建工(gong)程、丹陽市黃(huang)崗取(qu)水(shui)(shui)工(gong)程和(he)上(shang)海青草沙(sha)水(shui)(shui)源地(di)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)工(gong)程等測量(liang)(liang)中出(chu)現的通訊線(xian)數量(liang)(liang)繁(fan)多(duo)、布線(xian)和(he)維護(hu)工(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)(liang)大、故障排除困難等問題和(he)缺陷(xian),上(shang)海建工(gong)基礎集團自(zi)主研發了(le)(le)超(chao)長距(ju)離(li)頂管(guan)(guan)自(zi)動(dong)測量(liang)(liang)系(xi)統(tong),將原(yuan)系(xi)統(tong)的數據傳遞方法由傳統(tong)的多(duo)線(xian)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)改為(wei)單線(xian)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),通過(guo)給每臺全站儀配置一個帶有地(di)址(zhi)識別(bie)功(gong)能(neng)的雙向(xiang)轉換器,使所有儀器都采用同(tong)一根(gen)通訊線(xian)與計算機連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),各臺全站儀既(ji)能(neng)保持相(xiang)互獨立,又能(neng)協(xie)同(tong)工(gong)作(zuo)。該(gai)項(xiang)創新成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果已(yi)經在上(shang)海白龍港一超(chao)長距(ju)離(li)頂管(guan)(guan)施工(gong)中成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)應用并申請專利。與傳統(tong)的多(duo)線(xian)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)相(xiang)比,單線(xian)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)不僅(jin)大大降低了(le)(le)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本,節(jie)省了(le)(le)時間,還提高了(le)(le)超(chao)長距(ju)離(li)頂管(guan)(guan)自(zi)動(dong)測量(liang)(liang)系(xi)統(tong)的可(ke)靠(kao)性。
