1-8月份,滕州市(shi)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)總公(gong)司(si)共(gong)購(gou)進各類(lei)(lei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)6005噸(dun),占年計劃的(de)(de)75%,同比增加212噸(dun)。實現各類(lei)(lei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)銷售6205噸(dun),占年計劃的(de)(de)78%,同比增加169噸(dun)。采取的(de)(de)主要(yao)措施(shi)有:一是調查摸底,完善客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)檔案。工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)部在日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中推行一線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作法,由“坐等(deng)式(shi)”向“跑動式(shi)”服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)轉變(bian),不斷開發新(xin)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu),挖掘新(xin)空間,增加用戶(hu)(hu)網點,對(dui)全市(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)用戶(hu)(hu)逐一登記造(zao)冊,實行微機化和(he)動態管理。二是強化服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)識,優化服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)流程。公(gong)司(si)把“始于(yu)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu),終(zhong)于(yu)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)滿意(yi)(yi),超(chao)越客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)希望”作為服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)標準,對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)實行送貨上門,做好裝、運、卸等(deng)各個環節的(de)(de)優質服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,按(an)照客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)按(an)時(shi)(shi)定點送達,確保達到(dao)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)滿意(yi)(yi)。三(san)是做好客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)回(hui)(hui)訪(fang),贏得客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)支(zhi)持。通過電話拜(bai)訪(fang)或(huo)上門座談等(deng)形(xing)式(shi)定期回(hui)(hui)訪(fang)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu),廣泛征求(qiu)(qiu)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)意(yi)(yi)見和(he)建(jian)議,對(dui)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)提出的(de)(de)問題(ti)和(he)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)及時(shi)(shi)予(yu)以解決和(he)答復,解除客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)后顧之(zhi)憂。四(si)是借力招商(shang)引資,引薦工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)。借助發展縣域(yu)經濟、鎮域(yu)經濟的(de)(de)招商(shang)時(shi)(shi)機,多方把握市(shi)場信息,積極引薦工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)項目,對(dui)投(tou)入生產的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)跟進服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),不斷提升工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)銷售量和(he)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)形(xing)象。
