1-8月(yue)份(fen),滕州(zhou)市鹽業(ye)(ye)(ye)總公(gong)司(si)(si)共購(gou)進各(ge)(ge)類工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽6005噸(dun)(dun),占年(nian)計劃的(de)75%,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)212噸(dun)(dun)。實(shi)現各(ge)(ge)類工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽銷售6205噸(dun)(dun),占年(nian)計劃的(de)78%,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)169噸(dun)(dun)。采取的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)措施有:一是(shi)(shi)調查摸底(di),完善(shan)客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)檔案。工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽客(ke)服部在日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)推行(xing)一線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)法,由“坐(zuo)等(deng)式”向“跑(pao)動式”服務(wu)轉變(bian),不斷開發(fa)新(xin)客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu),挖掘新(xin)空(kong)間,增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)網點,對(dui)全市工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)逐一登記造冊,實(shi)行(xing)微機化(hua)和(he)(he)動態管理。二(er)是(shi)(shi)強化(hua)服務(wu)意識(shi),優化(hua)服務(wu)流程。公(gong)司(si)(si)把(ba)“始于客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)需(xu)求(qiu),終于客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)滿意,超越客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)希望”作(zuo)(zuo)為服務(wu)標準,對(dui)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鹽客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)實(shi)行(xing)送(song)貨上(shang)門(men),做好裝、運、卸(xie)等(deng)各(ge)(ge)個環節的(de)優質服務(wu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),按照客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)要(yao)求(qiu)按時定點送(song)達(da),確保達(da)到客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)滿意。三(san)是(shi)(shi)做好客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)回訪(fang),贏得客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)支持(chi)。通過電(dian)話拜訪(fang)或上(shang)門(men)座(zuo)談(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式定期(qi)回訪(fang)客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu),廣泛征求(qiu)客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)意見和(he)(he)建議,對(dui)客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)提出的(de)問題和(he)(he)要(yao)求(qiu)及時予以解決(jue)和(he)(he)答復,解除客(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)后顧之(zhi)憂。四是(shi)(shi)借力(li)招(zhao)商引資,引薦工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)鹽企業(ye)(ye)(ye)。借助(zhu)發(fa)展縣域經濟、鎮域經濟的(de)招(zhao)商時機,多方(fang)把(ba)握市場信息,積極引薦工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)鹽企業(ye)(ye)(ye)項目,對(dui)投入生產的(de)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)跟進服務(wu),不斷提升(sheng)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)鹽銷售量和(he)(he)服務(wu)形(xing)象。
