今年(nian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian),煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)港(gang)(gang)集(ji)團完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)(wu)吞(tun)(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量1.13億噸(dun),同(tong)比增長12.9%,超過2008年(nian)全(quan)(quan)年(nian)水(shui)平(ping);完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)吞(tun)(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量109.3萬標箱(xiang),同(tong)比增長24.0%;預計分(fen)(fen)別高于全(quan)(quan)國沿海(hai)港(gang)(gang)口(kou)平(ping)均增幅4個(ge)和16個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點,超額(e)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)標。化(hua)肥(fei)出(chu)口(kou)量、鋁礬土進(jin)口(kou)量、對非(fei)口(kou)岸貿(mao)易(yi)量、石(shi)(shi)油(you)焦(jiao)和朝鮮煤(mei)(mei)炭(tan)進(jin)口(kou)量五項(xiang)指標位居全(quan)(quan)國首位。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)大(da)宗(zong)骨干(gan)貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)龍頭地位進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)鞏固提升。搶抓市(shi)場(chang)機(ji)遇,強化(hua)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化(hua)經(jing)營(ying),提高集(ji)團整體(ti)作(zuo)戰效能,不(bu)斷完(wan)善貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)體(ti)系,基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)構筑起以非(fei)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)、金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)、煤(mei)(mei)炭(tan)三大(da)骨干(gan)貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)為(wei)規模支撐,化(hua)肥(fei)、木材、鋼鐵、油(you)品、糧食等特色貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)為(wei)效益支撐的貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)格(ge)局。上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian),非(fei)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)、金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)、煤(mei)(mei)炭(tan)分(fen)(fen)別完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)2707萬噸(dun)、1053萬噸(dun)、1165萬噸(dun),占散(san)雜貨(huo)(huo)總(zong)量的81.7%,為(wei)實現上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)標奠定堅實基(ji)(ji)礎。二是(shi)特色物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)板(ban)塊(kuai)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)不(bu)斷取(qu)(qu)得(de)新(xin)突破。充分(fen)(fen)發揮(hui)保(bao)稅港(gang)(gang)區政策(ce)優勢和“煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)港(gang)(gang)精裝(zhuang)化(hua)肥(fei)”品牌優勢,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)拓展(zhan)(zhan)化(hua)肥(fei)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)系建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),全(quan)(quan)力打造中(zhong)(zhong)國北(bei)方化(hua)肥(fei)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心,大(da)力推(tui)進(jin)“化(hua)肥(fei)FOB煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)”體(ti)系建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。依托穩定的南(nan)美、北(bei)非(fei)、中(zhong)(zhong)東商(shang)品車航(hang)(hang)線,積極(ji)拓展(zhan)(zhan)商(shang)品車進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)貨(huo)(huo)源(yuan)保(bao)證體(ti)系,實現“進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)、內外貿(mao)”雙向快(kuai)速(su)發展(zhan)(zhan),努力打造我(wo)國北(bei)方商(shang)品車滾裝(zhuang)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)基(ji)(ji)地港(gang)(gang)。上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian),完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)化(hua)肥(fei)吞(tun)(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量140萬噸(dun),同(tong)比增長57.9%;完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)商(shang)品車吞(tun)(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量32850輛(liang),同(tong)比增長44.2%。三是(shi)合(he)資(zi)合(he)作(zuo)取(qu)(qu)得(de)新(xin)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果。與菲(fei)律賓國際(ji)(ji)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)碼頭服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)公(gong)(gong)司、迪拜環球碼頭公(gong)(gong)司簽署協議,加快(kuai)推(tui)進(jin)芝罘灣港(gang)(gang)區集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)資(zi)產及業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)重組步(bu)伐,推(tui)動煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)港(gang)(gang)外貿(mao)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)快(kuai)速(su)發展(zhan)(zhan)。目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian)(qian),該增資(zi)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)已獲(huo)得(de)省發展(zhan)(zhan)改革(ge)委核準(zhun)。與韓國HANARO海(hai)運(株)、渤(bo)(bo)海(hai)輪渡(du)等合(he)資(zi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)渤(bo)(bo)海(hai)國際(ji)(ji)輪渡(du)有限公(gong)(gong)司,經(jing)營(ying)煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)—平(ping)澤(ze)客箱(xiang)班輪運輸(shu)航(hang)(hang)線。目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian)(qian),合(he)資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司已經(jing)省商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)廳批準(zhun)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立,注冊(ce)資(zi)本(ben)(ben)金(jin)(jin)全(quan)(quan)部到位,正(zheng)在(zai)加快(kuai)推(tui)進(jin)運營(ying)船舶選型工(gong)作(zuo)。與冀東發展(zhan)(zhan)集(ji)團合(he)作(zuo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)礦(kuang)渣粉磨(mo)及物(wu)(wu)料儲(chu)運項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu),一(yi)(yi)期(qi)2個(ge)3萬噸(dun)儲(chu)倉及卸(xie)(xie)船系統(tong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)預計2013年(nian)10月份建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)產。與中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)集(ji)團簽訂煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)保(bao)稅港(gang)(gang)區冷鏈(lian)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)合(he)作(zuo)框架協議,目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian)(qian)正(zheng)在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)設(she)立合(he)資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司的準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)作(zuo)。四是(shi)港(gang)(gang)口(kou)重點項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)進(jin)展(zhan)(zhan)順利。統(tong)籌安排,加強調度(du),全(quan)(quan)力加快(kuai)推(tui)進(jin)重點項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)港(gang)(gang)口(kou)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)投(tou)資(zi)20.5億元(yuan)。西港(gang)(gang)區40萬噸(dun)大(da)型礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)碼頭工(gong)程(cheng)主(zhu)要裝(zhuang)卸(xie)(xie)設(she)備(bei)(4臺(tai)(tai)(tai)卸(xie)(xie)船機(ji)、2臺(tai)(tai)(tai)堆取(qu)(qu)料機(ji)、9條(tiao)皮帶機(ji))安裝(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),具備(bei)簡易(yi)具備(bei)靠泊條(tiao)件;20萬噸(dun)級(ji)航(hang)(hang)道已具備(bei)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)條(tiao)件,30萬噸(dun)級(ji)航(hang)(hang)道預計明年(nian)完(wan)工(gong);煙(yan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)-淄博輸(shu)油(you)管道項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)線路(lu)工(gong)程(cheng)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)量的78%,年(nian)底(di)可全(quan)(quan)線貫通(tong),明年(nian)下半(ban)年(nian)投(tou)入試(shi)運行(xing);正(zheng)在(zai)加快(kuai)推(tui)進(jin)30萬噸(dun)級(ji)原油(you)碼頭前(qian)(qian)期(qi)工(gong)作(zuo),力爭年(nian)內完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立項(xiang)核準(zhun)并開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。
