為把(ba)“用心惠民(min)”服務理念落到(dao)實處,持續提(ti)升“暖到(dao)家”中國馳(chi)名商標的品牌知名度和美(mei)譽度,熱(re)電集團積極創(chuang)新,多措并舉,不斷提(ti)高對外服務水平。
一是(shi)實施“全員(yuan)微笑服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”,營造溫馨如家氛圍。集團(tuan)各單位(wei)積極組(zu)織“微笑服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)宣講(jiang)會(hui)”,傳(chuan)播微笑服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)經(jing)驗(yan),以點帶面、推陳(chen)出新(xin),通過先進服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)窗(chuang)口(kou)經(jing)驗(yan)介紹(shao)、典型案(an)例分析(xi)、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)技巧宣講(jiang)等(deng)形式,營造學、比、趕、超的濃(nong)厚氛圍,激發員(yuan)工為民(min)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的工作(zuo)熱情。
二是推行“科(ke)技聯(lian)動服(fu)(fu)務(wu)”,打造便民(min)利民(min)平(ping)臺。加大企業網(wang)站建設(she)(she)力度,有效整(zheng)合資源,理順(shun)辦理流(liu)程。網(wang)站新增“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)大廳”欄目,開通“網(wang)上(shang)辦理”、“為您服(fu)(fu)務(wu)”窗口。用戶可(ke)在“網(wang)上(shang)辦理”窗口中(zhong)進行開通供(gong)熱(re)、供(gong)熱(re)設(she)(she)施改造、停/恢(hui)復供(gong)熱(re)等事項申(shen)請,在“為您服(fu)(fu)務(wu)”窗口中(zhong)進行供(gong)熱(re)政策、辦事流(liu)程等內容查詢,進一步凸顯便民(min)利民(min)特色。
三(san)是提(ti)升“全面承諾(nuo)服務”,著力解決民生關切(qie)。組織開(kai)展(zhan)供(gong)(gong)熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)“串聯(lian)改分戶(hu)(hu)(hu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改造”調查摸底,共走訪用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)16000余戶(hu)(hu)(hu),通過供(gong)(gong)熱常識(shi)、老系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改分戶(hu)(hu)(hu)方案的(de)宣傳推介,共有(you)618戶(hu)(hu)(hu)同意串聯(lian)改分戶(hu)(hu)(hu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改造,集團將(jiang)對(dui)符(fu)合條(tiao)件的(de)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)逐(zhu)步予以(yi)改造,全面提(ti)高老舊系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用戶(hu)(hu)(hu)供(gong)(gong)熱質(zhi)量。
