山東重工(gong)濰(wei)柴動力一直(zhi)秉持(chi)“綠色動力、國際(ji)濰(wei)柴”的經營理(li)念,在低碳(tan)排放、循環經濟(ji)及資源節約(yue)綜合利用等方面做了大量工(gong)作。
一(yi)是調結構促發展,打造綠色產(chan)品
山東重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)濰(wei)柴(chai)(chai)動(dong)(dong)力在運(yun)行(xing)體制、商業模式(shi)、技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)發(fa)(fa)、內(nei)部管理(li)等(deng)領域,進行(xing)了(le)全方位、系統性的創(chuang)新,走出(chu)了(le)一(yi)條自主創(chuang)新的內(nei)涵式(shi)發(fa)(fa)展道路。濰(wei)柴(chai)(chai)動(dong)(dong)力就在國內(nei)率先(xian)成(cheng)功(gong)研(yan)發(fa)(fa)了(le)滿足國Ⅲ、國Ⅳ和(he)(he)國Ⅴ排(pai)放標(biao)準(zhun)、擁有完全自主知識產(chan)(chan)權的大功(gong)率高速柴(chai)(chai)油(you)機,主要技(ji)術(shu)指(zhi)標(biao)與(yu)國際(ji)先(xian)進水平接軌。其中,目(mu)前(qian)在市場大批量配套(tao)的藍(lan)擎(qing)國Ⅲ發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機,比(bi)國內(nei)同類產(chan)(chan)品(pin)節油(you)15%以上。一(yi)直以來,山東重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)濰(wei)柴(chai)(chai)動(dong)(dong)力致力于替代燃(ran)料(liao)內(nei)燃(ran)機產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的研(yan)發(fa)(fa),濰(wei)柴(chai)(chai)LNG(液化天然氣)動(dong)(dong)力目(mu)前(qian)已廣泛應用(yong)于長途客車、寬體自卸車、重(zhong)型卡車和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)程機械領域。
二是擔(dan)責任重(zhong)循(xun)環,發展綠色制造
近(jin)年(nian)來,濰柴(chai)(chai)積極發展綠(lv)色制(zhi)造(zao),在(zai)(zai)制(zhi)造(zao)綠(lv)色節(jie)能(neng)(neng)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)同(tong)時,注(zhu)重制(zhi)造(zao)過(guo)程的(de)綠(lv)色節(jie)能(neng)(neng),真正(zheng)將(jiang)“綠(lv)色濰柴(chai)(chai)”做到實處。在(zai)(zai)老廠(chang)區建(jian)(jian)設(she)日處理(li)(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)4400噸(dun)(dun)的(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再生(sheng)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)全部進污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)站(zhan)并(bing)實現“閉路循環”,該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)年(nian)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收廢(fei)油100多噸(dun)(dun),年(nian)減(jian)少(shao)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排(pai)放(fang)量(liang)120萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun),年(nian)中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)150多萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun),年(nian)節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)150萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園區,建(jian)(jian)設(she)日處理(li)(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)力1000噸(dun)(dun)的(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再生(sheng)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),采用(yong)(yong)(yong)分(fen)質預處理(li)(li)(li)、再綜(zong)合處理(li)(li)(li)的(de)先(xian)進工(gong)(gong)藝,年(nian)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)、節(jie)約新鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。企業(ye)經處理(li)(li)(li)回(hui)(hui)(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廣泛用(yong)(yong)(yong)于各大系(xi)(xi)列柴(chai)(chai)油機的(de)試車循環用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、廁所沖冼水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、消(xiao)(xiao)防用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等生(sheng)產(chan)與生(sheng)活(huo)雜用(yong)(yong)(yong),既減(jian)少(shao)了(le)新鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)消(xiao)(xiao)耗(hao),又改善(shan)了(le)環境、減(jian)少(shao)了(le)污(wu)染。新建(jian)(jian)的(de)鑄造(zao)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)園,工(gong)(gong)藝設(she)計(ji)中充(chong)分(fen)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)低(di)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)、節(jie)能(neng)(neng)型的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)設(she)施,并(bing)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)余(yu)熱(re)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)技術(shu),安裝沖天爐高(gao)溫煙氣余(yu)熱(re)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、蒸汽冷凝水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),實施余(yu)熱(re)、余(yu)能(neng)(neng)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收利用(yong)(yong)(yong),有效減(jian)少(shao)園區采暖(nuan)蒸汽及天然氣消(xiao)(xiao)耗(hao)。其(qi)中的(de)80噸(dun)(dun)熱(re)風富氧沖天爐,鑄件(jian)綜(zong)合廢(fei)品(pin)率(lv)(lv)控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)1.8%以下,噸(dun)(dun)鑄件(jian)耗(hao)焦220千克(ke),較(jiao)國內(nei)平(ping)均水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平(ping)年(nian)可節(jie)約焦炭4.7萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun);通(tong)(tong)過(guo)余(yu)熱(re)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)技術(shu)將(jiang)煙氣二次燃燒,鐵水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫度達1500-1550℃,熔化效率(lv)(lv)提高(gao)45%;通(tong)(tong)過(guo)舊砂回(hui)(hui)(hui)收利用(yong)(yong)(yong)技術(shu),使廢(fei)砂再生(sheng)率(lv)(lv)達到85%以上;利用(yong)(yong)(yong)全密封布(bu)袋除塵技術(shu),煙塵去除率(lv)(lv)達到99.8%。
三是(shi)結(jie)合國家科(ke)研項目,助推發展綠色動力
濰柴動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)結合國家重(zhong)點科研項目(mu),開(kai)(kai)展工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)全生命周(zhou)期(qi)模塊(kuai)化(hua)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)技術(shu)研究。通過發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、液力(li)變矩器和變速箱的(de)結構優化(hua)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),開(kai)(kai)發工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和噪(zao)聲控制技術(shu),從結構上抑制了振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)形成(cheng)及(ji)其傳遞(di)和輻射的(de)問題(ti)。首(shou)次將面(mian)向全生命周(zhou)期(qi)的(de)綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)理念應(ying)用(yong)到工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)支持系統中,并開(kai)(kai)發出基于全生命周(zhou)期(qi)綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)知(zhi)(zhi)識模型以及(ji)知(zhi)(zhi)識重(zhong)用(yong)技術(shu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)支持系統。
