針對煤炭市場形(xing)勢逆轉,企業(ye)生產經(jing)營困難(nan)的不利形(xing)勢,為切實在(zai)陜(shan)西煤業(ye)化工集團的堅(jian)強(qiang)領(ling)導(dao)和科學部(bu)署(shu)下,著力(li)(li)形(xing)成同呼吸、共命運,戰危機、度(du)難(nan)關,保穩定、促發(fa)展的工作格(ge)局,近期,陜(shan)煤化集團銅(tong)川礦業(ye)公司出臺了(le)一系(xi)列(lie)應(ying)對危機的有力(li)(li)措施,通過強(qiang)化形(xing)勢教育、嚴抓工作落實,在(zai)礦區形(xing)成了(le)謀事一盤棋、干事一股勁,上下齊(qi)發(fa)力(li)(li)、奮(fen)力(li)(li)謀發(fa)展的良好工作局面。
陜西(xi)煤業化工集(ji)團積(ji)極組織在全公司基層(ceng)各(ge)單位,深入學(xue)習了董事長華煒(wei)的系(xi)列重要講話精神,教育(yu)各(ge)級領(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)部要切實(shi)針對當前煤炭銷售不暢的形勢,不斷(duan)增強領(ling)導(dao)(dao)班子成員(yuan)的責(ze)任(ren)感、使命感和緊迫(po)感。深入學(xue)習楊(yang)照(zhao)乾總(zong)經理在銅(tong)川(chuan)礦業調(diao)研時的重要講話精神,教育(yu)引導(dao)(dao)各(ge)級領(ling)導(dao)(dao)和干(gan)部職工群眾(zhong)要牢固樹立(li)“五(wu)種理念”,為干(gan)部職工齊(qi)心(xin)協(xie)力戰危機、克難(nan)攻堅謀發展筑牢了強大的思想(xiang)基礎。

為確保陜煤(mei)(mei)化集團和銅(tong)川礦業(ye)公(gong)司應(ying)對當前生(sheng)產經(jing)營困(kun)(kun)難(nan)局面的各(ge)項工作(zuo)全(quan)面落(luo)實,陜西煤(mei)(mei)業(ye)化工集團在深(shen)入(ru)開(kai)展調查(cha)研(yan)究,細致梳理(li)公(gong)司各(ge)單(dan)位存在問(wen)題的基礎上,積極落(luo)實公(gong)司關(guan)于(yu)加(jia)強原煤(mei)(mei)生(sheng)產材料管(guan)理(li)、機電設(she)備(bei)及配件管(guan)理(li)、財務管(guan)理(li)、勞動工資管(guan)理(li)等(deng)辦法,并依據(ju)十個方(fang)面的114條(tiao)內容,組(zu)織干(gan)部職工深(shen)入(ru)開(kai)展“雙增雙節”活(huo)動,嚴格控(kong)制壓縮(suo)各(ge)類非生(sheng)產性(xing)支出(chu)。按照中央“八(ba)項規定”要(yao)求,堅決落(luo)實該(gai)公(gong)司關(guan)于(yu)改進(jin)干(gan)部作(zuo)風,密(mi)切聯系群眾的“四(si)改進(jin)四(si)倡導”等(deng)有(you)關(guan)規定。堅定守護安全(quan)這條(tiao)責任線、高壓線和生(sheng)命線,教(jiao)育各(ge)級領導越是困(kun)(kun)難(nan)時(shi)期,越要(yao)“關(guan)口前移、重心下移、深(shen)入(ru)現場(chang)、強化管(guan)理(li)”,努力以安全(quan)保穩(wen)定,向安全(quan)要(yao)效益。堅持將提(ti)高煤(mei)(mei)質(zhi)作(zuo)為重要(yao)工作(zuo)來抓,努力促進(jin)煤(mei)(mei)質(zhi)提(ti)升、銷量(liang)增加(jia),為提(ti)升經(jing)營效能創造有(you)利條(tiao)件。
