近年(nian)來,山東鋼(gang)鐵集團注(zhu)重(zhong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),創(chuang)(chuang)新實(shi)施了“544”策略。其(qi)中,“五圍(wei)繞(rao)(rao)”,即圍(wei)繞(rao)(rao)集團化(hua)運營優勢(shi)及(ji)核(he)心(xin)競(jing)爭力培育、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)模式和盈利模式構(gou)建、組織機構(gou)和業務(wu)流程變(bian)革(ge)(ge)、人(ren)力資源優化(hua)配置、激勵約束(shu)機制五大(da)課題(ti)進行管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新。“四強化(hua)”,即強化(hua)產(chan)品結(jie)構(gou)調整和優化(hua)升級,強化(hua)以(yi)(yi)降(jiang)本增效(xiao)和持續改進為核(he)心(xin)的(de)精準管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),強化(hua)以(yi)(yi)高(gao)效(xiao)協(xie)(xie)同為目標的(de)供應(ying)鏈管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),強化(hua)以(yi)(yi)風險(xian)預警和過程控制為重(zhong)點的(de)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)風險(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)梳理(li)(li)體(ti)制、機制、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)薄弱環節,系(xi)統(tong)研(yan)究變(bian)革(ge)(ge)創(chuang)(chuang)新方(fang)案,扎實(shi)推進管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新。“四注(zhu)重(zhong)”,即在推進管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新過程中,更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)注(zhu)重(zhong)創(chuang)(chuang)新實(shi)踐的(de)系(xi)統(tong)思考、全(quan)(quan)面(mian)變(bian)革(ge)(ge)、整體(ti)提(ti)升,更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)注(zhu)重(zhong)創(chuang)(chuang)新定位的(de)高(gao)端化(hua),更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)注(zhu)重(zhong)科(ke)技創(chuang)(chuang)新和管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)變(bian)革(ge)(ge)的(de)并行與協(xie)(xie)同,更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)注(zhu)重(zhong)信息技術與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)高(gao)度融合。
