近年(nian)來,山東(dong)鋼鐵集團(tuan)注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),創新(xin)實施了(le)“544”策略。其中(zhong),“五圍(wei)繞”,即圍(wei)繞集團(tuan)化(hua)(hua)運營(ying)優(you)勢及核(he)心競爭力培育、管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)模式和(he)(he)盈利模式構建、組織機(ji)(ji)構和(he)(he)業務流程變(bian)(bian)革、人(ren)力資源優(you)化(hua)(hua)配置、激勵約束機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)五大課題進行(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)創新(xin)。“四(si)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)”,即強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)產品結構調(diao)整和(he)(he)優(you)化(hua)(hua)升(sheng)級(ji),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)以(yi)降本(ben)增(zeng)效和(he)(he)持續(xu)改進為核(he)心的精準管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)以(yi)高效協同(tong)為目標(biao)的供應鏈管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)以(yi)風(feng)(feng)險預警(jing)和(he)(he)過(guo)(guo)程控制(zhi)(zhi)為重(zhong)點的全(quan)面(mian)風(feng)(feng)險管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),全(quan)面(mian)梳理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)體制(zhi)(zhi)、機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)、管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)的薄弱環節,系統研究變(bian)(bian)革創新(xin)方(fang)案,扎實推進管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)創新(xin)。“四(si)注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)”,即在推進管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)創新(xin)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),更加注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)創新(xin)實踐的系統思考(kao)、全(quan)面(mian)變(bian)(bian)革、整體提升(sheng),更加注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)創新(xin)定位的高端化(hua)(hua),更加注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)科(ke)技創新(xin)和(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)變(bian)(bian)革的并(bing)行(xing)與協同(tong),更加注(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)信息技術與管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)高度融合。
