4月6日(ri),由上海城(cheng)建牽頭、旗下隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)股(gu)份主(zhu)體研(yan)發(fa)應用的(de)國(guo)內首(shou)條(tiao)GPST地面(mian)出入(ru)式盾(dun)構(gou)法(fa)(fa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)順利貫通,標志著歷時(shi)兩年的(de)GPST科研(yan)項(xiang)目全(quan)面(mian)成功。至此,上海城(cheng)建隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)股(gu)份完全(quan)打破了(le)日(ri)本、德國(guo)對GPST施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術的(de)壟斷(duan),中(zhong)國(guo)已成為(wei)世界上少(shao)數(shu)擁有GPST隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)實際施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)能力的(de)國(guo)家(jia)。GPST技(ji)(ji)(ji)術作(zuo)為(wei)世界首(shou)類在地表始發(fa)與到達的(de)盾(dun)構(gou)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)(fa),可以讓盾(dun)構(gou)機像穿(chuan)山甲一樣(yang),從地面(mian)直接向地下挖掘,省去(qu)挖掘始發(fa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)井的(de)步驟(zou),可大幅降低隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)產生的(de)環境(jing)影響,同時(shi)還能夠解(jie)放(fang)盾(dun)構(gou)掘進中(zhong)對上方覆(fu)土(tu)的(de)需求與限制(zhi),被(bei)譽為(wei)縈繞在中(zhong)國(guo)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行業內的(de)“哥德巴赫猜想(xiang)”。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong),科研(yan)專家(jia)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設者共(gong)同解(jie)決了(le)超淺覆(fu)土(tu)和負覆(fu)土(tu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術難題,克服了(le)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)軸線(xian)偏移、隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)上浮(fu)、隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)滲漏(lou)水(shui)等困難,并得到了(le)大量(liang)GPST工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)數(shu)據,為(wei)今(jin)后(hou)GPST工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)的(de)廣(guang)泛(fan)應用奠(dian)定了(le)基石。
